Stopped by mid to late afternoon ! Me and my Husband are looking to downsize , I currently drive a 2017 Ford Expedition ! (love it still but don’t need size anymore kids all grown up) We parked walked over to the Toyota . Minute or less Mack walked up to us , offered us coffee and water ! Then said feel free to walk around , also offered to grab us keys or lets us do our thing until we need him ! Just honestly such a nice experience with him and the cleanliness of the store ! I picked this over a Ford Transit and I am glad I did. Good Towing power and load capacity and an 'econ' button to save gas when running unloaded. Longer wheelbase than the transit and a tow hitch with a 3600 pound tow capacity also. Heater (especially in the foot area) is poor, takes forever to warm up. The power outlets are hard to reach, on the floor at the center console, if the cup tray is open they are impossible to see or reach. "Blacked' out windows are acrylic plastic - forget about magnetic signs. Overall, very happy with the vehicle. One note- if you want the tow package - be sure to order it from the factory - the dealer installed 'kits' are inferior and they will charge you extra for the install, and extra again to wire it.
