My name is Bryan and I bought my Jeep from Ideal Cars, LLC. My experience was mostly over the phone, as I live out of state. I worked with Joey to process the deal and he was 100% true to his word on all details of our transaction during my visit and test drive. I bought my Jeep from him. I am very pleased by my experience and I love my Jeep. If I am in the market in the future and I see the vehicle that I want at his dealership, I'd drive the 2+ hours again to give him my business.

I bought this 2500 3 years ago with the intention of building out a simple RV for regular and stealth camping. It did not work out due to bed height but what a great vehicle. This is designed for heavy use and for a personal owner, should last generations. The power is excellent, especially considering the MPG: 20-25 MPG in real world use. The handling is also surprisingly good, I've actually passed rental cars on windy roads. The view is beautiful and it is built in Germany and very well. It is not a wonderful tow vehicle as it is not body-on-frame but is rated for 5000#. So you could tow some toys or a small trailer quite easily. These are pretty stripped with only original equipment and there are few of these. You really do want the rear camera and some other stuff. Like other German vehicles, it adds up. When it comes to maint, this bus is the bomb, the oil change is easier than a motorcycle. Get the 4 cyl.

I live across the state from I-Deal and bought a car from them. It started with a walk around video, then I got a pre purchase mechanic to look at it, then the paperwork and finally shipping. I recently purchased a 2007 Honda CRV FWD LX at the Camp Hill location, with Barry as my salesman. He helped me purchase the vehicle as quickly as I needed, as I was in a pinch and liked this one a lot. However, I noticed it pulled to the right a bit while driving it. Barry offered to take care of the alignment issue, no questions asked. His mechanic Scott took care of everything and my car now drives better than any SUV I've driven in my short lifetime. A lot of these reviews I see are known issues for the type of vehicle they were buying, so I'm not surprised. I'd recommend this place and Barry/Scott anytime.

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

I NEEDED A CAR…I WENT ON AUTOTRADER AND FOUND A CAR I THOUGHT I MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN AT CAR NATION…I CALLED AND WENT DOWN TO MEET MIKE…MY PRIMARY CONTACT AT CAR NATION…AND TO TAKE IT ON A TEST DRIVE…I LIKED IT…I ASKED MIKE IF I COULD TAKE IT TO MY MECHANICS… WHOM I HAVE BEEN RELYING ON TO FIX MY CARS’ ISSUES OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF DECADES… TO HAVE THEM TAKE A LOOK AT IT…THE ANSWER WAS, “YES”…I PUT A SMALL DOWN PAYMENT ON THE VEHICLE TO SHOW MY GOOD FAITH…ALTHOUGH I WAS NOT ASKED TO DO SO…THE NEXT DAY I TOOK IT TO MY MECHANICS…THEY FOUND A COUPLE OF ISSUES WITH THE CAR…BUT NO DEAL BREAKERS…AND I ASKED THEM TO WRITE THEM DOWN…AND THEY DID…AND I WENT BACK TO CAR NATION AND SHOWED THEM WHAT MY MECHANICS FOUND…CAR NATION SAID THAT IF I STILL WANTED THE CAR…THEY WOULD FIX THE ISSUES AND I COULD PICK UP THE CAR AND TAKE IT HOME WITH ME THE NEXT DAY. THAT WAS FINE WITH ME. THE NEXT DAY…MIKE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THE CAR WAS READY…I WANTED HIM TO CALL ME BEFORE I CAME DOWN BECAUSE I LIVE 60 MILES AWAY… WHEN I GOT THERE THE NEXT DAY…IT TURNED OUT THAT ONE OF THIER MECHANICS…CHRIS…WHO WORKED ON MY CAR THE PREVIOUS DAY… HAD A FEW EXTRA MINUTES ON HIS HANDS…SO HE TOOK ME ASIDE AND TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT HE DID TO THE CAR FOR ME…AND SHOWED ME PICTURES…ON HIS CELL PHONE… OF WHAT MY MECHANICS COULD NOT SEE…THE NOT VISIBLE PARTS THAT CAUSED THE PROBLEMS THAT MY MECHANICS COULD SEE…THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES…SO TO SPEAK… I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THAT… IF THAT WAS NOT “BEING TRANSPARENT,” THEN I DON’T UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF THE PHRASE. ONE OF THE THINGS THAT MIKE TOLD ME WHEN I FIRST MET HIM WAS THAT CAR NATION PUTS ITS CARDS ON THE TABLE WHEN DEALING WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS…FOR EVERYBODY TO SEE…AND SINCE I HAVE NOW DEALT WITH CAR NATION…AND SEEN THEM DO JUST THAT FIRSTHAND…I’M A BELIEVER… THE LAST COUPLE OF THINGS MIKE DID AT THE CONCLUSION OF DOING BUSINESS WITH ME…WERE…WHEN WE STOOD UP…HE SHOOK MY HAND…THANKED ME FOR BUYING THE CAR…AND SAID, “NOW REMEMBER…WE PUT A WARRANTY ON OUR CARS…AND IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG…WE WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT…WE’RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE…WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE.” TO SUM UP… MANY SMALL CAR DEALERSHIPS…ARE NOTHING BUT LITTLE HUTS…WITH CARS THEY GOT FROM AN AUCTION…SITTING ON THEIR LOTS…OFTEN WITH NOTHING AT ALL HAVING BEEN DONE…MECHANICALLY…WITH THEM BEFORE THEY TRY TO SELL ONE TO YOU. I bought the 2008 Chevy Express G2500 in May 2011 with the 2009 Roadtrek RV 170 Popular package added onto it. Fine performance from the 6.0L V-8. It has basic kitchen & bathroom, sleeps 3, with Onan generator, 3 water tanks, 30A RV power hook-up, water heater, 110V inverter, aux. battery, rear AC / heat pump, gasoline-powered furnace, 19" TV, DVD, small clothes wardrobe, ceiling fan, awning, plush seats, quite a bit of storage room, etc. It fits in a regular parking spot and is easy to drive. It only gets 14-15 mpg but that beats most RVs. It was expensive, but for all it does, it is worth the money. I plan on keeping it forever and making lots of camping trips across the country.

I can't say enough here. First of all, Jordan Good should change his name to Jordan Great. Not to diminish anyone else who I saw, spoke to, or dealt with there, but Jordan was a pleasure to work with. I'm not sure he would say the same about me, though. I've been doing my homework and had many questions. All of them were answered quickly, clearly, and honestly. Today was my 6th visit to a dealership since Thanksgiving, and will likely be the last visit for me for quite some time, since I was able to get exactly what I was looking for(actually more than I was looking for). I love the no-haggle approach. I also never felt any pressure, which I assume is because these guys know that they are going to sell the vehicles on their lot, so they don't have to be abrasive about it. I drove a little under 3 hours to buy a truck from these guys and it was worth every second. I guess the best way I can describe how I feel about Mark Martin Motors is that I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from these guys without even taking it for a test drive. I figured I had 150 or so miles to test it out on the way home. It passed the test folks!!!!!

I am blown away by the customer service at I-Deal Cars. Alan was so attentive and patient with me, as I know nothing about cars. He guided me toward a safe car for my teenager and made sure that everything was right. When there was an issue with the car, he addressed it and fixed it free of charge.

This Van actually do drives like a Mercedes Sedan and the 25-30 mpg keeps money in your pocket. Every part of this Van is much better than what we experienced from other Vans in the past. Very good "work horse" for sure.

terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

We rented one of these while in Iceland on a camping trip. It was tricked out as a camper van... what a great idea! We also got to drive one built into a Winnebago full on class C camper. Both were enjoyable but the styling and look is kinda boring. The front seats are quite short in the bottom and we're very uncomfortable on a long haul. The radio and dash were archaic and there wasn't enough plugs to keep everything charged. A lot can be improved in styling and comfort and ergonomics but these can be overlooked once you experience the power and great gas mileage.

I returned to I-Deal Cars in York because of a significant issue with a car I had purchased months earlier. The new manager, Justin, was very responsive to my concerns, and worked things out for me. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership in the future, as I would trust Justin to give me honest information concerning the they have vehicles for sale.
