Jeff single handedly restored my faith in car dealers. After a miserable experience trying to buy a BMW X5M in Dallas, I found that Jeff had one listed. He had it fully serviced, checked the brakes and tires and gave me the measurements. He had BMW take care of some recall work before I arrived to pick it up and had it clean / full of fuel / and ready to go!! Nothing was misrepresented and I found the vehicle in better condition than described. He picked me up from my hotel and checked on my travels as it took two days to drive it home. Bottom line, customer service is lacking these days, but not here. I couldn?t be any happier!!! Thank you sir!!

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

My first p/u truck. My first hybrid. My first CVT transmission. Outstanding mileage (>40 mpg!). Good for five people. Excellent for four people. Easy to drive. Excellent safety features (added Lariat safety features are worthwhile). Owned for one year. Basic maintenance and the recalls were no problem. High quality affordability made by our neighbor Mexico. I would highly recommend.

Great people! Got my second vehicle from them during their $1,500 trade in event this March. The 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 was in really good condition for its age, the service was great, highly recommend buying from them if you're interested in a vehicle in their lot.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

This company and the staff were all wonderful from start to finish!!! After having dealt with a few other dealers more local, that made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them, we drove over an hour to view a vehicle we saw online at Browns. Having called beforehand to verify it was still on the lot, when we arrived Alex already had it pulled and ready for us to view. It was exactly what we were looking for and he and Trent from financing had us out the door in our new (to us) truck in a few hrs., after giving us a great deal on our trade in and purchase. I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

Got me into my dream car for a good price. We're polite and efficient. Car was clean and ready to go.

Top shelf all around. The ride is terrific. Handling is great. Independent rear suspension makes all the difference in the world. Chevy’s top secret vehicle. Needs more advertising!!!

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.
