I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.

Great people! Got my second vehicle from them during their $1,500 trade in event this March. The 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 was in really good condition for its age, the service was great, highly recommend buying from them if you're interested in a vehicle in their lot.

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

This is one of the few car dealerships, if not the only one, that I would write a positive review about. We purchased a Corvette from them...cash and no trade-in and everything went really smooth. There was no pressure, no wires and mirrors, just a normal business transaction. Of course we had to negotiate a bit but that is normal. In short, this firm did not try to screw us and we appreciated it. Just wish they had what we are looking for now.

Highs: 1. It feels and drives like a BMW: sure-footed, agile, responsive and tight. 2. Materials, fit/finish, and aesthetics are good. 3. Tech is great, I particularly like the heads-up display. 4. All this in a small, practical package with decent storage space in the back. Lows: 1. Run-flat tires are firm and make the ride rough. I replaced mine with standard tires which meant purchasing an aftermarket spare. 2. Standard front seats are too short for anyone over 6'. I purchased one with the sport seats. 3. Ingress/egress is a little tight. 4. Worst glove box ever made; small and designed so that things fall out when opened. Overall, this is a great car IF you're looking for the driving experience of a BMW in a small, efficient package. If you're looking for the cushy ride of a Buick, this may not be for you.

We got to take the test drive without a salesperson (Kevin) with us for Covid. Excellent records on vehicle! No pressure sales. The vehicle was extremely clean for showing. I stopped in to have them pull out the vehicle while I ran an errand. When I got back, Kevin had it pulled out and the keys in it ready to go!

I've had mine for 12 years I've driven it a cross country 6 times. It is a fantastic vehicle. I pulled a small travel trailer and it didn't change my gas mileage one bit. From IL to LA California never a problem.

My experiance with Billion Hyundai in Iowa City was all good. I live 170 miles away,so most of the deal was worked out online. When I arrived,the salesperson was courteous and helpful.And the car was clean and ready for me to drive.I`m glad I made the drive to Billion.I think the price I paid was fair,and they gave me a fair deal on my trade. I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

I went to 3 cities and 5 dealerships looking for a specific type of vehicle. Rossco was one of those dealerships. At each of the other places I visited I felt somewhat intimidated by the sales staff but not here at Rossco at all. Ricky was very friendly, professional and helpful. When diagnosing a possible issue with the car, he suggested exactly what I was thinking and we worked it out immediately. The price was half KBB suggested price, CarFax was exceptional and the car drove out better than any of the others I tried. How many dealers this size offer CarFax "free" report - none I've found! If I could give a higher score I would - extremely happy with value.

This car was hard to find had to travel 500 miles to pick it up.. I traded in my 2020 jetta SEL Premium. I purchased mine with the manual transmission.. Plenty fast for me... It gets several miles less to the gallon then my jetta sel, but is way more fun to drive.... This is my 5th Volkswagen, I commute every day to my jobs... Until I have a problem with Volkswagen I will continue to buy them, so far they've been great reliable vehicles...

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

I bought my 2018 essence in January 2020. It was a rental car with 24,000 miles when I bought it. 34k new, I got it for $17,600. It now has 102,000 miles and I hope to have it for at least 5 more years. Runs and feels brand new. Hard to believe. I still feel happy just getting behind the wheel. So comfortable and fun to drive. Only change the oil and new tires. Not one mechanical issue. I'm afraid I'll never have another car like this one.

Inquired on Vehicle on a sunday night, Had a sales assistant contact me back that same night. Sale's consultant contacted me right away monday morning by 7:15am. He sent me their Ipacket and sent me a video of the vehicle. A few things weren't covered in the video about the body that would have been nice to know, but overall a good experience buying sight unseen.

Traded in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD for the Z71 and have only one regret. I should have bought the Chevy in the first place. It is a much better truck in just about every facet from comfort to technology to cabin quitetness to towing. Toyota Tacoma’s have better resale value and look better but For the money I’m more than happy with the Z71.

Bought my Crosstrek from the dealer, and have owned many cars, raced cars, built cars, and even owned my own auto repair shop. The 2013 was first year out, and yes it has improved over the years so I can't leave a 5-star review. The strong points for me have been reliability and looks. Secondary has been a 4cyl with great gas mileage, and decent performance. Interior noise is a little higher than an SUV like a 4Runner, sound system sucks, and Subaru probably should have mated it with a turbo, but overall it has been a great ride, and Subaru fixed many of these issues in later editions. The AWD is amazing in the rain! For those that have the oil consumption in later years, just add engine "restore", and the issue is solved. Replace your bearing w/ the backing plates, and you should be good to go for another 100K. For the first year out, Subaru did an amazing job.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

No one pounced on us the moment we pulled into the lot which was pleasant. We were able to browse w/o being hounded. The salesman was knowledgeable and upfront about the vehicles and any concerns that there may have been w/ the vehicles we were looking at. The price displayed on the vehicle is the price you pay. Nice knowing right off the bat what they are asking for the vehicle and what you are expected to pay w/o any bartering back and forth. All paperwork done on the property, simple and easy! I have a 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo 6 speed manual. Bought brand new and still own as of this review in 2025. I love the way the car looks. It actually has a design and doesn't just look like a wedge ( like a lot of hatchbacks do ). I currently have 97,000 miles on it with no problems to report. Just routine maintenance. Best advice is to replace the standard Hankook tires for some Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S. It is a day and night difference. Really wakes up the car in the handling department. I would highly recommend this model.

Before buying used, have an independent mechanic check it over. I had a bad experience with the dealer with several expensive issues shortly after my purchase. Brakes, alignment/tires, shock and steering wheel electronics (voice command, radio). The steering wheel electronics problem is common.
