Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.

Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

I have nothing but high praises to give to the service team at Hendrick Kia of Concord! Reece is my service advisor. He?s so personable, easy to talk to, and has a trustworthy persona to him. He?s knowledgeable and I appreciate how he communicates the service work and progress with me. He also always has good music playing at his desk. LOL On one particular visit, I appreciated how the Service manager, Isaac, came over to check in and discuss a needed service/repair item. It showed a deeper level of care that I never received at other local Kia service dealerships. On another visit, Samantha explained something in 2mins dealing with routine service typically performed for oil consumption tests that another dealership was beyond puzzled with and couldn?t articulate to me. Kiddos to the service technicians also at Hendrick Kia of Concord. They were able to diagnose in ONE visit what I had been dealing with for over 3 years with my vehicle at another local Kia (not Hendrick). I was amazed at the expertise of the service technicians and quality they provided. I?ve been to several Kia dealerships in the surrounding area and I can honestly state that no one compares. I really liked the video overview the technicians provided which is an added touch. This helps someone like me who?s not technical, but can go back and replay the video for any additional clarity alongside the service ticket/receipt. I?m lead to believe that the service team and technicians at Hendrick are held to a higher level of care and service. I have to believe this to be true about Hendrick bc I experienced the same at HendrickToyota of Concord when I previously owned a Camry. The level of service and care was unmatched to other local Toyota dealerships. I won?t trust any other dealership after going through the ordeal i?ve been dealing with for over 3 years. I drive 30mins out of the way for me to go to Hendrick Kia of Concord instead of the other 2 Kia dealerships within 15mins drive of me. It?s worth it. Trust matters. Quality matters. Service matters. Consistency matters. So thank you again Reece and the service team and technicians there at Hendrick Kia of Concord for consistently maintaining a high level of care and service that is unmatched. Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

didn't like the fact that my interest rate was the best he could do until i went through my credit union then all of a sudden it could be dropped by over 2% when i told them i wasn't going to finance it through them. 2nd a regular finance guy was pretty Kool and straight up. maybe the part time guy should take lessons from him

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

Purchased car from a senior relative in Florida whose lease was up, with 17K miles. Love the car and tech. Did you know that there is a “Developers Mode”, which will give you access to many more options and adjustments. Highly recommend researching and gaining easy access for a true customized Honda experience. Just “Google” it. This car is fast and the 2.0T is refined. The ride is comfortable even with the 19” tires. My only “nit” is the leather seats can be more comfortable and supportive. I own both Honda and Toyota/Lexus. Both cars are great, but have distinctly different driving characteristics. Highly recommend!!

I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

I am thankful that the dealership provided a loaner. Many times I?ve read and heard that some Hyundai dealerships do not provide loaners but this dealership did provide a loaner. The employees at the dealership are friendly. The problem that brought my vehicle for service was the climate control cluster failed despite being a new vehicle? less than eight months since purchase. It took approximately three months before the issue was fixed. It is not clear to me whether this is because there is a shortage in this unit or some other issue. When I did receive my vehicle back, the climate control cluster was not the same type that was in the vehicle when purchased ? meaning it did not have all the functions? the dealership had to order the correct climate control cluster (which took only two days to arrive ) and it finally installed the correct climate control cluster. There was also an additional issue which was the 12 volt battery had discharged and had to be replaced. The mechanic could not tell me why the 12 volt battery was not being charged by the alternator. When I asked whether the alternator was defective, the answer was no but when I asked what was the cause, there was no answer. This brings me to my criticism of the dealership which is providing an explanation of the issues, the solutions and a timeline for repair. As a consumer and customer, I would have liked this information. While this dealership provides a text number to a representative who is the contact person while your vehicle is being repaired, the communication lacks informative and helpful information. That being said, today?s vehicles are more complicated because of the electronics and electrical systems and it may be a failure of Hyundai the company providing enough information and training to its dealerships and its mechanics. I am thankful that my vehicle was repaired and the dealership provided a loaner. I would recommend this dealership to others and I intend to continue to use them in hopes of building a relationship with them. If I am able to build a relationship with them of trust and respect then they have earned my business whether in handling my repairs or future purchases.

Great vehicle. mine is a soft top and the noise was expected Have to be aware of oil leak at the oil cooler. Chrysler uses a plastic material that over time will warp and not seal. The after market ones are aluminum and since you have to remove to of intake, the coils and spark plugs are accessible as well on the drivers side. Other than that it is awesome

I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.

My husband an I bought a 2019 camry in 2020 with 35k. It's now 2025 and besides replacing the o2 sensors, this car is extremely good on gas, very comfortable, sporty, very reliable, and timeless. We have the le model with 148k on it. We've done all regular maintenance. We haven't had time to have the transmission fluid serviced, due to health issues. 100k of the miles are all highway miles. I'm a mechanic that rebuilds vehicles to flip. By far this is the best vehicle for the money and we will keep our camry and keep her going until it's time to replace the engine.. I don't see that happening for years to come. These little 4 bangers are bullet proof. Oh, I absolutely love the trans shifts, a cross between regular clutches and cvt. Would highly recommend

SXT AWD 3.6 V6 is a very comfortable and dependable car with enough power. I get 33 mpg on long trips and with AWD very handy for wet roads or snow. Lots of extra features like the Beats stereo and I also like the red door puddle lights, fold-down rear seat makes extra trunk hauling space, too. I recommend the Charger, No mechanical issues so far.

This is my 3rd Jeep and everyday driver. My husband bought her for me because he knew I wanted another Wrangler again. We live in Colorado, and go off-roading in the mountains; she amazes me every time! She handles in-town and highway driving great, too. I have customized her (bulbar, angry eyes grille, lift kit, etc..), which is all part of the fun!
