We went here after seeing a car advertised online. Jessie was our contact and salesperson. The obd2 reading indicated some issues....They lowered the price to defray the cost of oxygen sensors. That was kind of them! Jessie was awesome and the other employees we interacted with were friendly. This car is now our 16 year old daughters first car! She is delighted! It was a comfortable and easy experience. The service department was efficient and did a great job taking off the maintenance of my vehicle. The new car buying experience was also pleasant also as far as pricing, trade in , and patience in letting us drive vehicles, showing us how to use features. No high pressure to buy or what vehicle to purchase.

Big thank you to the service department at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet! I was in Columbus traveling 500 miles from home when the tire pressure light on my 2018 Silverado came on with a zero pressure indicator. The guys in service were empathetic to my situation and immediately started inspecting the tires and checking the sensors. Turns out the tires were fine. One of the sensors had gone bad. I had peace of mind to drive home eastern PA. I asked what I owed and was told no charge, glad they could help. Thanks again.
