Have never purchased a vehicle but moved to the area with my Chevrolet Traverse and have always taken it here for service since. Every experience I've had has been outstanding. Gavin in the service department is very pleasurable to deal with and always honest and up front about anything going on with my vehicle. They have never pressured me into getting any "add on" repairs done that other places might. In fact, they've turned down or have found less expensive options when many places would not. Can't say enough positive things about this dealership, which was also just recently renovated. Very nice place and highly recommend if you need service on your Chevrolet.

My experience at Major World was exceptional! My salesperson Martin was knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. He never tried to get me to consider something out of my price range. The whole staff was friendly and very helpful. Rick in customer service has been so helpful with warranty issues on my 2019 Cadillac xt4 Very friendly and the staff was very nice as well If you need service on any GM vehicles I would use these guys They covered my warranty without charge How great of a feeling considering I didn’t purchase the vehicle from them I would buy a car from these guys knowing the service department has your back Well that’s it in a nut shell Nice work guys
