Overall, Vandergriff Chevrolet service dept. did an excellent job on my repair. With an extended warranty, the repairs cost nothing. But if I do critique anything, is the trying to get me to spend $1,200 in new battery cables. There was nothing wrong with them.

Recently purchased the Chevrolet Blazer 2LT Midnight Sport Edition SUV and absolutely love this vehicle. The Blazer has a very nice, sporty, and unique design. The 2.0 Turbo 4 cylinder engine delivers plenty of horsepower at 228 HP. I'm used to driving a V6 engine and was concerned about the performance and I can honestly say it delivers a solid performance. It drives very smooth and has great gas mileage, 29 mpg highway and 22 mpg city. The interior is designed well, the cloth seats are comfortable and this Blazer is very spacious. The technology is easy to use and has Wi-Fi connectivity. I highly recommend this Chevrolet Blazer to anyone looking for an affordable SUV that looks great and has solid performance.

Jose the Sales Manager listened to what I wanted and found the vehicle at another dealership and brought it over. Briana in Sales showed me all the features and explained how everything works. She even helped me get the app set up on my phone. David in Finance was so friendly and made the process easy. I have told all my friends how nice everybody was to me and this was really a no-stress day. I love them. I wish I could buy a new vehicle every year so I can go back over and over.

I live in California and while visiting my daughter in Fort Worth my 2011 FX50s broke down needing a starter. I called the Infiniti dealership in Dallas which was close and they told me that they may not work on it because of its age. I contacted Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine and they immediately told me that they will fix it so I can drive back to California. They did exceptional work and and the service manager was attentive to any questions or concerns I had I recommend Grubbs and super satisfied with the work done on my 2011 FX50s.

I have a 22 Blazer. Overall a very good vehicle. However interior is a little cheap. Exterior is fine. However I have had 2 incidents involving the engine. Computer required complete reboot. In less then a week another issue = heat check valve malfunction. Complete tear down of cooling system and computer reload. Took 3 days but the dealer was very good. All under warranty. Only issues.

This SUV is solid in almost every way, but if I had to have any complaints I would say: *The design isn't really original, or even "Blazerish". Do I really care? No, but it's just kind of the reality that it doesn't look a lot different than the Equinox, Traverse, and many other vehicles by other manufacturers. Anyway just saying that they could have tried a little harder to have a signature defining figure to separate from everyone else. *The other complaint is that it doesn't have a CD player. Like who decided to save $100, and not put one in? Some Gen Z kid? Again, I see that a lot of cars are this way, but it's just being forced on us by this young crop of kids...At the very minimum take a survey to see who would elect to have one put in, or elect to have one not put in...people are just going with it

I have a 2022 Chevy blazer RS. Loved everything about this vehicle. Love the style, handling, acceleration. I just enjoy driving this vehicle. But at 4800 miles the actuary module went on it. I was very disappointed for the money I spent on this vehicle for something like this to happen so early. It was replaced so time will tell if it happens again. I bought a new car because I wanted reliable transportation but now it’s always in the back of my mind that something could happen again.

I love my new Chevy Blazer! It drives like a dream and is super comfortable and quiet. The turbo engine makes getting from zero to 60 lots of fun! It has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and makes me feel like a millionaire when I’m driving around in it!

We love our Blazer with the comfortable ride (18”wheels) and huge sun roof! The car body and styling look better than most other cars on the road. The performance is always reliable when you need to merge into traffic. Seats are comfortable and can be adjusted to fit every body. I look forward to driving this car every time I leave home. The doors are easy to close and multi, multi choice wipers are great. This is not a family car for kids and junk but adults are comfy in it.

For some reason Mark's name is not on the list where it says, "Choose their name," but Mark was so helpful, patient, explained the process clearly and was very professional. I highly recommend him and would work with him and his team again. I would hope for a promotion for him Hyundai. :)

This is a great place. I personally recommend working with Kelly in sales and Malcolm in finance. Blake in finance is also good but new to the finance department so Malcolm would be your best option. I left a very negative review after I felt like I had been completely taken advantage of by them on Saturday and was on the hook for a loan worth twice what the car was worth brand new. They completely took care of me and I got into a different car that was the same make and model but cheaper. My deal went from 34,000 total to 20,000 total after reworking it. I will say they want to add lots of stuff into the deal. It isn't necessarily bad but it adds up and I was unwilling to accept that. They will try to keep all or some of it on and if you don't want it then fight for the price you want and read the website to know their policies and guarantees. I will also leave this as a disclaimer, I would be selective about what salesperson you work with. My Mom overheard one of the guys complaining about how he was one sale away from a bonus and some lady wasted two hours of his time and backed it because she was incompetent. I saw the lady he was talking about and she was older and said very clearly she had someone waiting on her for some time now and could not stay longer. I also briefly worked with some other guy in the finance department who was pretty rude and I didn't enjoy that. I don't remember his name though. Kelly is a genuine person and a great saleswoman. You can trust her. It seems like some of the staff are a little more money focused and trying to help themselves more than the customer so beware. I also want to point out one of the managers introduced himself to me and was very kind. Also very apologetic over how things went the first day and I really appreciated it. Good place and some really good people. I had some mixed feelings with this experience but the likes of Malcolm, Kelly, and Blake and how they handled making things right with me overwhelmingly changed my overall experience to a positive--hence the 5 star review. I recently took delivery of my second Blazer. My first was a brand new 2019 fully loaded Premier and I liked the vehicle so much I leased another one. This time an RS. I really enjoy driving the new Blazer. I find it very comfortable and I’m a male 5’11” 260 lbs. I get a lot of compliments on this Blazer everywhere I go so naturally I find the styling to awesome. The infotainment system works great. The Bose audio system sounds unreal and having Onstar is really nice as well. Gives me piece of mind. The performance overall with the vehicle is really decent. I wouldn’t say it leans on the high performance spectrum but to be honest it’s not that far off. Handling is really good too and the Blazer comes with a ton of safety equipment which I think is great. My only complaint with this vehicle is you almost have to Lease it or buy a used one. Because the price is really steep for what it is. It’s a sporty mid-sized SUV with NO 3rd row with some decent refinements and equipment for an MSRP of almost $52,000. That’s a lot of money. I know nothing is cheap today but I think GM priced this vehicle way too high. By at least $5,000 to $6,000 easily for what it is. (Supply issues aside) Chevrolet would sell a lot more of these if the price was just a bit lower in my opinion and I’m pretty well in tune with this. I’m actually a sales manager at Chevrolet dealership in Massachusetts and have been in the sales and operations end of the car business since 1997. Thank you for reading my review. Cheers!

I and my family have bought more than a half dozen vehicles (new and pre-owned) from Chuck Fairbanks, and have never had a bad experience. My oldest son and his wife are stationed in Gulfport MS and live on a Navy budget, and Jeff Sorrels worked his magic and got them a great deal on a certified pre-owned SUV for their growing family. My middle son was stationed in Groton CT and purchased a new Chevy Spark through Jeff, and he made it as easy as can be. My wife and I have bought several cars, a couple of trucks, and most recently a new Tahoe to haul all of our grandkids around. Jeff was a Rockstar, and got everything my wife wanted in her vehicle right down to the upgraded wheels. We'll continue to purchase vehicles from Jeff and Chuck Fairbanks, and hopefully our grandkids too.

We looked at a number of cars before we purchased our 2020 Blazer. Ours came with an awesome V-6 engine rated at 206 HP if I have it right. It has loads of power, 4 wheel drive with the option of 2WD for most days. It gets 23.6 MPG for our defined use. The sound isolation is amazing with a very quiet inside blocking most road noise. My wife loves this car. We got the 2LT version with the optional V-6 and Cajun red paint. GM has a winner with this vehicle.

good car always felt safe in the car as a new nervous driver had so much fun driving it what i will say the V6 engine guzzles gas like it's a competition real pain in my wallet

Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better. I'm pleased with this service and thanks again to Vanessa and the service manager she engaged to assist.
