I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.

This car is attractive, roomy inside, awesome technoogy, great mileage. It's very reliable, built tough and I feel so safe on the highway. Probably one of the most favorite cars I've owned.

I have a 22 Blazer. Overall a very good vehicle. However interior is a little cheap. Exterior is fine. However I have had 2 incidents involving the engine. Computer required complete reboot. In less then a week another issue = heat check valve malfunction. Complete tear down of cooling system and computer reload. Took 3 days but the dealer was very good. All under warranty. Only issues.

Great experience went in to buy a new vehicle and come out with one. :) The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wish this would have been the first place I shop for. Because some of the other dealerships had very bad customer service.

We love our Blazer with the comfortable ride (18”wheels) and huge sun roof! The car body and styling look better than most other cars on the road. The performance is always reliable when you need to merge into traffic. Seats are comfortable and can be adjusted to fit every body. I look forward to driving this car every time I leave home. The doors are easy to close and multi, multi choice wipers are great. This is not a family car for kids and junk but adults are comfy in it.

Herb walked us through buying our daughters first car. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process super easy. We have never had such a smooth and pleasant time purchasing a new or used vehicle. Brent in finance got us over the line in what seemed record time. We would 100% recommend using this dealership.

We looked at a number of cars before we purchased our 2020 Blazer. Ours came with an awesome V-6 engine rated at 206 HP if I have it right. It has loads of power, 4 wheel drive with the option of 2WD for most days. It gets 23.6 MPG for our defined use. The sound isolation is amazing with a very quiet inside blocking most road noise. My wife loves this car. We got the 2LT version with the optional V-6 and Cajun red paint. GM has a winner with this vehicle.

I have a 2021 blazer 2LT V6 AWD. I bought it new and I have 62000 miles on it. I have driven it through 8 states with it. This is the most comfortable anx fun SUV I've ever drove. I does feel like the rear-end slippes a little in the winter but it when through the snow with no issues and recently an ice storm. The Continental tires that came with it were not that great. They road rough and a lot of noise on country roads. They didn't seem to last very long either. A set of Firestone tires and the ride was better and less road noise. Better on snow and ice. I really like this blazer. I think the price is a little hight with just a few options.

I have a 2022 Chevy blazer RS. Loved everything about this vehicle. Love the style, handling, acceleration. I just enjoy driving this vehicle. But at 4800 miles the actuary module went on it. I was very disappointed for the money I spent on this vehicle for something like this to happen so early. It was replaced so time will tell if it happens again. I bought a new car because I wanted reliable transportation but now it’s always in the back of my mind that something could happen again.

I am love the Honda Prologue I purchased, from Gillman Honda, the vehicle is great. I am very happy with the price negotiated and the trade in value I received for my prior vehicle. I recently took delivery of my second Blazer. My first was a brand new 2019 fully loaded Premier and I liked the vehicle so much I leased another one. This time an RS. I really enjoy driving the new Blazer. I find it very comfortable and I’m a male 5’11” 260 lbs. I get a lot of compliments on this Blazer everywhere I go so naturally I find the styling to awesome. The infotainment system works great. The Bose audio system sounds unreal and having Onstar is really nice as well. Gives me piece of mind. The performance overall with the vehicle is really decent. I wouldn’t say it leans on the high performance spectrum but to be honest it’s not that far off. Handling is really good too and the Blazer comes with a ton of safety equipment which I think is great. My only complaint with this vehicle is you almost have to Lease it or buy a used one. Because the price is really steep for what it is. It’s a sporty mid-sized SUV with NO 3rd row with some decent refinements and equipment for an MSRP of almost $52,000. That’s a lot of money. I know nothing is cheap today but I think GM priced this vehicle way too high. By at least $5,000 to $6,000 easily for what it is. (Supply issues aside) Chevrolet would sell a lot more of these if the price was just a bit lower in my opinion and I’m pretty well in tune with this. I’m actually a sales manager at Chevrolet dealership in Massachusetts and have been in the sales and operations end of the car business since 1997. Thank you for reading my review. Cheers!

I love my Chevy Blazer. It has a very slick design and the power to make it fun to drive. I am also very happy with all the gadgets it comes with inside. From cooling seats to blind spot cross traffic alerts, it's comfortable AND safe.

So comfortable and secure, it is my second Blazer,I buy a 2021 one in 2022, only 17000 miles, I am 71, drove a lot of car and this one is the best, there's plenty of room in the trunk, and if you lower the back seat you can stretch out for a nap if you're on a long trip. I like it.

Brought the LT1 with 2.5L plenty of pep fuel mileage good, Only thing is Air conditioning controls hard to see when driving to many small designs has auto stop but can turn off. Ride is good transmission is 9 speed but really can't feel shifts smooth, engine is noisy on hard acceleration. Enjoying
