They brought my truck right in without a appointment and diagnosed and fixed it quickly and professionally. I had to bring my vehicle in for service last Wednesday and I got to the service department at 8:30am and Ryan checked me in and I told him what my problem was and by 9:30am he had my problem diagnosed and informed me that I would have to leave it overnight for next day repair. It was an exceptionally good experience because I was offered a ride back home and again back to the service department to pick up my vehicle on Thursday. The repair was an expensive one, so the option of getting the ride from and to the service department made it a little more acceptable. It's also nice having the coffee machine and hot coffee available and the television to watch while waiting either way. And the waiting room is always nice and bright and clean.

My husband and I went to Hessert however not sure about trading in my vehicle. We met James Borgmann. He patiently listened to our concerns and worked with us to achieve our goals. Jim is an asset to your Dealership.
