I never had to step foot in to Felix Chevrolet, which is one reason why I gave Felix 5 stars. This was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever made in my life. Everything was done over email including Docusign, credit check, getting the appropriate terms needed to do the deal at all. Once all set and done, our sales guy Jonathon drove over an hour to us during traffic time to deliver the car to us with a red bow that I asked for so we could surprise our son and get photos of him with his new truck. I called Tonya and she was able to schedule me for my oil change. I dropped the car off in the early morning and they got me an uber back to work. I was notified during the service and when it was completed. All went very smoothly, and I was dropped off to pick up my vehicle.

Jonathan was outstanding. Got me what I needed and I was in and out within an hour and a half. That was incredible considering I came in at 3:30 last minute. Can?t say enough about his service. I?m giving a five star simply because of him. I will say that they did not set my tire pressure like they should, have.

I made an appointment for some recalls on my car, and a warranty related issue. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was updated on everything dealing with my car, and it was even washed when I went to pick it up.
