I have had a very positive experience so far. I had some small issues but nothing major. They were fixed fairly quickly by the dealer. The mileage does drop drastically in the winter, but I knew that before purchasing it. It is roomy inside, and drives great.

I had an amazing experience working with my salesman Antoni. He guided me and my family to the best car that suited us. He makes the car buying process super easy and smooth. The car was also a very good price too!

Performance is amazing...instant acceleration to 60mph. The controls require a steep learning curve. Still trying to figure all the icons out. Could be much easier if they actually allowed several screens to access the same control where the definition easily fits in more than one place...so we don't have to search to find it. Charging time on 120 is unacceptable. 56 hours to charge up from 20%.

Paolo was our salesman and he was beyond helpful, kind, and easy to work with. I had been talking to Rachel through emails and she set everything up for us, as far as what payment we wanted. She got us just we asked for. We then went to the dealership and Paolo helped us with the rest of the way. He showed us the truck, ran numbers for us and made it work so that we got the payment we asked for. This was my sons first experience buying a new car and it could not have been a better experience. The manager there also came out to talk to my son and be sure he understood everything about the lease. I thought that was awesome. There was at no time any feeling of being rushed, or being pressured to buy the truck. We went home to talk about the payment and 2 days later bought the truck. I WOULD RECOMMEND ADVANTAGE AND PAOLO TO ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY A CHEVY TRUCK.

As a driver of many vehicles, I can honestly say that this is the most fun car that I have ever driven. The ride is great, and the handling is too thanks to the low center of gravity and battery placement. It also has just about every safety feature that you can think of. With the large 17.5" display and the many adjustments you can make, it's almost like driving the space shuttle! I also love driving by the gas station and never having to stop there again. I just plug it in at night and I am ready to go the next day for almost 300 miles! Ans best of all, it's a Chevy so I know I can always find a dealer no matter where I travel.

This is more of an initial review. To preface, our other car is a Polestar 2 and we really have enjoyed it for what it is. Though we've only owned our Blazer for about a week, we are certain about some differences. This car was $4,100 cheaper on the price tag for identical trim level. It looks far nicer and more expensive inside, there is a little more tech and it's easier to use. Both app AND the key will perform remote start. It is NOT a clone of a gas twin. The front doors are large so my partner, who is 6'3 and 270 doesn't hit the b-pillar or hit his head on the car getting in and out. He can sit behind himself in the backseat. Clearly there are two different characters in these cars. The Polestar is sporty and the ride feels like it. Rather harsh, feel every singe bump, but DIVINE on back roads. The suspension needs tuning for better compromise and isolation. Bumps are loud and disturbing and resonate through the body as if there are no bushings at all. This Blazer feels like a luxury car. It's not sporty, but it's composed. It soaks up bumps. There is zero resonance through the body. It has active noise cancellation inside the car to make it even quieter and it is extremely quiet inside. The Polestar launches off the line from a stop light with alacrity, while the Blazer is a lot less aggressive, yet they have the same 0-60 time. The way the cars are set up in programming is so different (and they really aren't competitors), but it also shows that Chevy has been around a LOT longer and has been working on their HEV/BEV game longer. The delivery and feel of the product as a whole is WAY different. GM has been doing their homework and knows their market. This is my first GM product and it's really, REALLY good. The radio has been acting a little weird, turning off on it's own, and the day after we brought it home, there was a rattle in the dash which has since gone away on it's own. Both little concerns, easily corrected. Despite that, when the Polestar lease is up, guess what my first stop will be.

WAS GREAT HE WAS FRIENDLY AND ALSO MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND AT EASE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS OF ALL THE PAPER WORK THAT GOES INTO BUYING A CAR CAN BE NERVE WRECKING. BUT HE MADE IT A SMOOTH AND FAST PROCESS THE BEST THUS FAR I EVER HAD WHEN PURCHASING A CAR. THESE TWO GENTLEMEN WILL DID A GREAT JOB AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE .THANKS AGAIN I WILL RECOMMEND OTHERS TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SURE.

I am loving my new Blazer EV. My only complaint would be the radio/speaker system could be better but overall it’s a great vehicle. A good first choice for a EV

after shopping around at a few chevy dealers i was at Jerry Haggerty and met Steve B. Steve was very helpful and knows a lot about the different cars chevy has as well as the differences between the many trim levels. We were really hoping to get another Impala after losing ours in a Total Loss accident a few months ago. We ended up selecting an Equinox although we were 99% sure on the Trax until we found it a little easier to get in and out of the Equinox. If you need a nice , patient, easy going salesperson that actually listens.. go to Jerry Haggerty and ask for Steve B!!

I was visiting the area for an extended weekend 800 miles from home, when on Friday evening the dash showed a check engine light, the information center warned about a transmission issue. First thing Saturday morning I called Biggers, and spoke with Mike, the service manager, who said they were booked up, but would be willing to check the diagnostic trouble codes. I arrived at Biggers, and noticed that the repair shop was very large, busy, clean, and well organized. The assistant service manager, also named Mike, checked the codes, showing issues with the transmission. He conferred with their transmission technician, who advised to either leave or tow the car, as there could be potential for a catastrophic failure. While we were waiting for a rental car, Mike came out to say that he'd found a Technical Service Bulletin describing the problem with the recommended fix being to load new software on the transmission control module. I agreed to go ahead; they did the recommended service, and 45 minutes later the car was back on the road. In the 1000 miles I've driven since, the car has been perfect. I really appreciate Mike going out of his way to fit in a stranded out-of-towner for an emergency repair on a busy Saturday morning. If I were local, I'd definitely be back for future service work.

Since moving out to the NW area we have been going to Bigger Chevrolet for service. We only had an issue one time and it was handled immediately by the owner. For me that says a lot so I?ll be a constant customer. When ready to upgrade my vehicle this is where I?ll go because if you have a good service department and the owner responds to any issues, no matter how small then it?s an honest dealership worthy of my patronage. I normally don't do reviews, but had such a great experience with Advantage Chevrolet I'm making an exception. I found a vehicle online that I was interested in, reached out to Advantage Chevrolet and was put in touch with sales person Andre Thomas. A phone call and three texts later we had a deal. I flew up, he picked me up at the airport, and we got the deal completed quickly and as discussed. I was a little cautious buying a car out of town, but Andre assured me it would be as described, and it was actually better. Everyone at the dealership was fantastic and were long term employees which I find rare in this industry.
