This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had in all my years. I’ve purchased vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Jeep — you name it — and none of them came close to the level of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality I received at Koons GMC in Vienna, VA. The deal they offered was so incredible that I traveled all the way from New Jersey by Amtrak to Virginia. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because many dealerships pull bait-and-switch tactics. But not here. Saleam (Sales), Sait (Sales Manager), and Isabella (Finance) all confirmed the deal ahead of time and honored exactly what was promised. When I arrived just after opening at 9 AM, Sales was still in a meeting, but I was greeted respectfully right at the door. Saleam was paged, and the process began immediately. She welcomed me warmly, gave me a brief tour of the dealership—including the much-needed coffee lounge—and handled all the paperwork, insurance details, and my Costco rebate flawlessly. Sales Manager Sait was exceptional. He thanked me personally for my business — something I’ve never experienced from a sales manager at any dealership in the past. He even told me to call him anytime if I had questions or concerns. That level of care is rare. My experience was elevated even further by Finance Manager Isabella. Her energy was absolutely to the moon. She helped close the best deal I could find anywhere in the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area and the entire DMV region. She offered an unbeatable protection package at a discount, covering dents and mileage, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She also respected my time, wrapping up the paperwork quickly since she knew I had a four-hour trip back home. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Super v8 performance with the 6 speed manual. Great looking, and lot's of fun with the top down. Recommend to anyone at any age. Surprisingly comfortable on the road. Not great visibility with the top up and very little o back seat room or trunk room, but it's pretty easy to overlook those minor details. Would recommend everyone get the dual mode exhaust feature - you can change sound from sport (sounds like a race car) to touring (sounds like a buick v6). Took forever to get my 2023 (2022 order got canceled), but it was worth the wait. You'll get a lot of car for the price.

My experience has been better than I would have expected from a private used car dealership! Many cars in inventory to choose from. I was able to find my Subaru although older than i personally wanted, but it met my budget perfectly. Amran was my sales representative and he was extremely easy to work with without all the hard selling you typically encounter from any dealership large or small. I will be coming back again in a few months to make another purchase from here for sure!

I've only had my 2020 Camaro SS 6 spd manual for about a month and I love it. I purchased it with very low mileage. I'm convinced the SS was made for me and that with all I have been through lately it was a well deserved way to end 2022.

The car to this point has been a good running vehicle. However i am not thrilled about the run flat tires, no jack or spare and the absense of a catch can for the direct port injection 6.2 engine. Chevy could have done better,

Penny had helped me look at another vehicle earlier in my car buying process and I was ecstatic when the car I ended up buying was at Radley. Penny made my car buying experience very comfortable. Not once did Penny or Radley Cadillac make me feel pressured or uncomfortable during my buying experience. They really acted like a friend lending support. I would highly reccomend Penny Lloyd and Radley Cadillac.

There was so much to like about this car but it sat kind of low and it was only a two door so it wasn't going to meet my needs. I loved the 6 speed manual transmission but decided to purchase a brand new 4 door sedan.

This is a review of a 2015 Z/28 LS7 Camaro. I bought the car with 8500 miles on it. Have put a thousand on it in one month, I cant stop driving it because it is so much fun. I have scheduled to have the heads replaced , all Ls7's need this done so plan that into your budget. Do your research online about that and you will find all the info you need. The ride quality is not as bad as reviewers online would have you believe, my lady and i take road trips in sport mode and its fine. A car like this is not gonna ride like a Cadillac, its a race car. The interior noise is not a problem at all. The engine sounds amazing , the gearing is sooo tall its fantastic. The car has Mitchelin pilot sport 4 s on them so this is what I'm judging ride quality with. They are great tires on this car for all around use . Hope this helps someone !

I originally was looking at Corvette’s but couldn’t find one in stock at a reasonable price and wanted a convertible now. I found my NEW LT1 in Hot Red and I love it. At this point I’m glad I saved my money on the Vette and bought the Camaro. Just reached the 1,500 mile break in point so and I’m ready to find out what this car can do. I’m 71 years old and have had lots of cars including Corvettes’ but this is probably the most fun car I have ever owner.

I have a 2018 SS a d I love it. With 455 hp and 455 lb ft through a 6 speed manual and quad exhaust, 8" screen, deluxe instruments, full LED/ HID lighting, spoiler, splitter, diffuser, K&N filter, tinted windows, and a Pioneer TS-WX1210A powered sub it rocks inside and out. Great car.

Car was bought as a graduation gift by my dad and I love it! Better than I thought it would be on gas for a car of this reputation, have yet to have any issues out of it and I got it with a great deal of miles on it. Always getting compliments on it as well which is nice.

This car is a joy to drive. It’s very comfortable and love the power and sound of it. Handles the curves with ease and has great pick-up speed. I love the looks and the interior is very nice. It is a great sports car for the price. Always trying to find an excuse to take it out for a spin. So glad I was finally able to purchase my dream car.

I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.

The workers there were so nice. The car drove great and checked out even better! They earned my repeat business! Will absolutely use them again!

I’ve had my Camaro for almost 2 years. I bought it at a very high mileage (80,000) for 17k…2017 1LT Turbo… I was very scared and nervous in the beginning but being 22 with average income & average credit, this is what they could loan me for a sports car. I took the risk & I don’t regret my buy at all. I’ve learned my car and what she needs. I take care of her and she takes care of me. Little to no maintenance. She’s extremely reliable. The beginning of this year I had to replace the thermostat $700 but that was it. I’ve driven it from California to Chicago there and back no issues. I have 110,000 miles now and she’s a BEAST. Can’t wait till I can purchase a brand new one!!! Chevy did their big one!

David in service for new sales was very helpful today in my wife’s 2023 Outlander. Had one customer show up 4 hours early for her car appt. She was a pistol nothing but negative everything. To make a long story short is that she brought in a full bag the size of a Walmart bag full of trash to throw away. Apparently she said the waiting room trash can was full so she laid the bag on top of trash cans. One of the Slack sisters thought that someone left there medicine bag etc. the next thing I know David was asked to empty the trash. He is a busy guy. Someone could have asked one of the lot attendants etc. told the lady to push into trash can because they were not full.

2023 Camaro ZL1. Manual. Downside is that it does not come with remote start, even though manual Hondas do. Would have been great if they provided it as well. Mileage is about 15 mpg average. 20 highway is the max you could get at 75mph. Magnetic suspension is perfect, very comfortable on touring mode, tough on track/sport. Sound system us great, Bose did a great job, I try not to go over half the volume. Stealth mode works super well. Truck space is good enough but the opening is small. Headlights are 8/10. Wish they were LEDs and brighter. HID is more like 2010…
