I recently purchased a new vehicle from Impex GMC. It was the very best car buying experience I’ve ever had. My salesperson worked diligently to get me the best deal possible. I was even greeted from the GM. Our finance rep was even able to make the deal even better. My next vehicle purchase will certainly be at Impex!

Normal car sales rope them in then bring out the sales manager. Normal buying experience which to this day I hate!! The following rating are not correct but filled so the survey could be submitted.

At no point did I feel rushed or forced into something I didn't want, I knew she was listening to me and getting me the best deal. I will buy all my cars from here going forward!

I was very pleased with my experience with Impex Chevrolet. I found the vehicle on line and was able to put a down payment on it also on line. I made arrangements to drive 3 hours to the dealership from my home in Virginia, and met with Marqus Brooks, the salesman handling my sale. He was very courteous and professional. He was able to explain different options available to me regarding extended warranty, and assisted in completing the sale. Since I didn’t have a trade in, I was able to put a sizable down payment and financed the balance. The truck was freshly washed, and had a full tank of gas. I appreciated doing business with them, and would do it again in the future.

David Wells gets 5 stars. The guy was super personable, gave us plenty of time and space to make a no pressure decision, and followed up. IMPEX gets 3 stars. The car was solid enough, but the sales manager, Bret, insisted that the tires had enough tred on them to pass inspection - maybe 3000 miles prior when they took on the car (see picture). When we looked back at the CarFax, IMPEX had put over 3000 miles on the car in the 5 months they had it; more than the previous owner was putting on it. IMPEX also clearly allowed their employees free access to the car - food crumbs and spills everywhere (allowed to eat and drink in their inventory?!), and so much sand and dirt that we could only see half the drivers floor mat. If it had not cleaned up well, we would have ended the deal immediately. Not sure if we will go back to IMPEX, because it was clear that the sales management team was more concerned with selling a car than selling a safe car. If we do, it will only be because of David. If you do, make sure to review the CarFax so you know how much their team has been enjoying your potential next ride.
