It was an oil change, scheduled an appointment same day, done on time, regular price around $80, nice complimentary $10 car wash and good customer service except it is very annoying to be bothered with tons of emails and text , How did we do it? Please rate how many stars and all that, in my book if customers satisfied they will keep coming back ( which I do already)and they don?t need to be reminded all the time to give a feedback. I had a really bad experience with a previous lease due to a string of bad luck, but Chevrolet of Bellevue helped turn things around! They got me a great deal on a new car that better met my needs. My salesperson Ahsan and the rest of the team made me feel comfortable and taken care of throughout the whole process. I'm really grateful for all his help and he was really great about following up with me after the purchase to make sure I was happy.

Ary was fantastic. The best part about my experience with Ary was that he was very interested in getting to know me as a person and what I wanted in a vehicle. Great at listening and also very personable. We ran into a few minor issues that slowed down the process but he was quick to fix all problems and get me in and out of the dealership in only a few hours. I want to also thank Matt for helping me get a price that worked for my budget. Overall, they both made the experience of leasing my first vehicle easy and I would recommend them to anyone.
