Carlos stepped in to share his personal EV experience, which helped me weigh the pros and cons as a military member who won?t be in Syracuse forever. Ethan closed things out by walking me through the EV basics in plain English, making sure I left confident and informed. And Dan, the financing manager, impressed me with his honesty ? he explained the pros and cons clearly, without pushing extras I didn?t need, so I could make an informed decision. Compared to previous Chevy purchases at other dealerships, this was night and day. Everything was fast, transparent, and done with genuine care. They even followed up the next week to check in. I had one of the most fantastic car- buying experiences at West Herr !!!! All because of my salesman Ray, his sales team and management. The environment was so fun and relax!! They worked hard every step of the way and took the time to listen to me with my wants & needs. They definitely tried their hardest to get me in a vehicle for the price point. I could afford but also having everything I needed and wanted. They even picked out my vehicle, before I even looked at any. I love it so much! I never would have thought I would have a red vehicle, but I do and Love it!! We really did have a blast going there, I did not feel like I was just another sale there. I felt like we were all friends. But also having professionalism, patience, and knowledge of the vehicle(s).
