I had a great experience buying from out of state. I would do business again and would recommend to friends and family. Here's my experience: I found a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe which included my wish list options including the active safety group (hard to find). The price seemed good compared to what I see in my area (UT). I reached out to sales at Bill Luke and asked for the "out the door" price. They came back and the only additional cost was window tint (as mentioned in the fine print on cars.com). Aside from that there was only tax and dealer fee. They took additional pictures and sent me a video tour of the vehicle. I signed a deal with the finance group, who did their best to match a loan rate from my local credit union. Shipping seemed reasonable, but I decided to pick up in person (they were even open Sunday which made things flexible for a weekend trip). I booked a flight and showed up just waiting for someone to try and tell me there were additional costs, but they were true to their word on "No hidden fees". I have a gas ZR2 in blue, and it is my dream truck. The build quality is so good on these! The doors shut with a solid thud, the intuitiveness of the interior...it was the best truck available in 2022. I got mine before the '23 models and I am so very glad I did. I looked at all available mid-sized trucks, Jeeps, Tacos, Nissan, etc...none felt as solid as the ZR2. Almost two years now, and coming up on 25k. Oil changes and had the tires balanced, did all of the fluids at 5k. You have to allow for Chevy Quirkiness, and you'll love it. The A/C can be weird.

I bought a 2020 WT Crew Cab with power amenities and chrome/color bumpers and upgraded to leather seats for $24,000. It has been a great truck. I regularly get 24-28 mpg with the V6 (simply by watching acceleration). It does everything I want; towing/hauling and just general running about. Love the Apple CarPlay. This is the best value truck that I have owned. Solidly reliable. No complaints.

My ideal work truck. No wasted room in this vehicle. It has a 6 foot long bed and enough room behind the front seat for my golf clubs. The v6 engine is Reliable and Spunky. I have wanted an Orange vehicle and Finally have one in this truck. I am Totally pleased with My purchase.

Paint on hood looks like it is separating from clearcoat. Takes a very long time to get hot air from heater. Had to replace steering gear.

I bought my Colorado in December 2022. I want planning on a midsized truck but after the test drive I was impressed. The room is enough for 4 adults comfortably. I have 7500 miles on it and have recommended to several family members. My is a 2wheel drive crew about with locking rear differential. The only thatI have problem with is the tires it came with. Goodyear Wranglers, it needs taller tires and wider.

While it’s early yet as I’ve only owned for a few weeks, overall it has met or exceeded my expectations. I wanted a mid-sized pickup after owning an Avalanche for nearly 10 years. Truck has plenty of room for driver and passenger (am sure rear seat is tight but not a factor for me) and is very comfortable for me and I’m 6’4”. Truck rides nice and did well in moderate/heavy snow covered roads. So far been great! Can’t really comment on Reliability yet as truck is still new.

This truck has just the right amount for me. Enough cabin space for a bigger size person. Has cool technology features. The crew cab is big enough for passengers. The truck bed is just enough for my needs. The exterior is also great. Everything is just enough! I love it. Great on gas mileage for a truck.

TLDR: Great price on used F150. Price on cars.com was the honored sales price. No crazy dealer add-ons. Even with financing, I was in and out in about an hour. Great experience. Worked with Chelsea. Texted and e-mailed ahead to inquire about online price and any silly add-ons. She confirmed. I was still half suspect until I saw the contract and it was all in order. Nothing like the hundreds or $1000+ some dealers add for "refurbish fees" or "protective coating" and such. Got a little pressure from financing for the warranty and had to say no several times, but I expected as much. In all, it was a very straightforward, stress-free, quick buying experience and I'd definitely consider buying there again.

Love the looks, love the ride. The inside could be a bit bigger, but hey, it's a Colorado. Would I buy another one - yes. The price was even better than I anticipated. I am just happy I bought it when I did. Had I waited two more month the price would have been a lot more.

It’s great truck. I’m a truck gal so I appreciate the vehicle being higher up Frm ground level. Only thg I don’t like is I’m a short gal who had to have custom side rails put on it & they modified lower. In all the sales agent tried so hard to find a financier to approve my credit. I’m very appreciative of their hard work.

Performance is only 4 stars because the smaller engine is not as good, otherwise the 3.7L i5 works and runs at a higher performance than expected for this size truck. Rusts as always on the salty roads of upstate NY.

Overall I feel like we had a really great experience. I believe I had a fair trade and they honored their word- fixed the car I purchased that had some challenges I noticed at the time of my test drive. Were pretty communicative. I definitely felt heard and taken care of at the end of the day. No pressure to write a review or give a certain rating which I appreciate. Truck is great. The seats are not comfortable like older models. Other than that perfect enough room good ride just would like more comfy seats.

I got the truck financed and took about 2 days to get everything approved. Got approved then afterwards got a better deal with lower interest rates and payment.

My 2016 has 174K miles on it now. It's been mechanically sound for the most part. As with most high mileage vehicles, things are starting to wear out but it hasn't been anything too costly. The truck has served me well and been very reliable.

Mine is a 2014, 4 cylinder, WT. The transmission is lazy and won't always shift to the next gear, especially while mountain driving in the Smoky Mountains. It works a little better when I don't use cruise control. City driving gets about 18 mpg, highway driving got up to 28 mpg, even in the mountains. Something went wrong with my lights, which required a Body Control Module replacement which only worked a few days. The second replacement worked 1100 miles then started acting up again. Suddenly, everything started working again at 1600 miles, and still going strong. I don't like the very tiny infotainment screen, but Chevy advised against replacing it with an upgraded version.

My 17 Colorado has 50,900 miles on it and it needs a new Differential in installed. Just normal driving. I think it should have lasted should last much longer.
