Bought a new 2025 crv sport hybrid l over the weekend, I worked with Steve Grady. My experience was excellent, he took care of me from start to finish, no surprises, no pressure, very relaxed environment, straight forward transaction, very patient with my requests and he was very courteous. No required add on packages, price is great and he responded quickly with my email inquiry, was able to negotiate a decent price for my tradein, they will offer you rust proofing and accessories but you can decline if you dont want. The business office will offer you extended warranty and it could get a bit tense although in the end the final price they will offer for a 8 yr honda care warranty is a pretty competitive price and will consider in my future purchases. Overall I had a great experience and way different than other shady dealerships that will try to steal your money. I was there for maybe about 3 hours from start to finish. I recommend them to anyone and will consider them again on my next purchase, thank you Valley Honda.

Bought the truck with 3000 miles on it. engine feels strong had no mechanical issues with almost 20,000 miles on it now knock on wood I drive it on 300 mile road trips regularly back and forth to college and with just a few infotainment issues such as Bluetooth not connecting the screen taking over 3 minutes to turn on which are frustrating but not devestating overall for the price this thing should be flawless and not have these basic issues but hasn't left me stranded. (PS don't buy OnStar Wi-Fi it is terrible never works interferes with your service)

Buying from St Louis. 4+ hours away. All handled via phone, text, email & electronic signatures. It could not have gone any smoother if I lived next door. I was looking for an economical pickup with towing capacity. The Chevy Colorado DuraMax Diesel fit my needs and White Bear Mitsubishi had the one I liked best at the price I could afford. I would have liked the upgraded seats but the standard chevy seats are very comfortable. We took a road trip Saturday after buying it and traveled in town and hwy averaging 29.8 MPG. I am going to love this truck.

They are so busy it sometimes takes a while to get an appt; but service techs provide good service. Dennis Narsson has ben my tech advisor for my last two visits; has explained the problems and kept me updated as to progress. I have been a service customer for ~8 years.

The truck handles great, on city streets and the highway. I'm short (5'-4") and I feel comfortable in this truck. Great pickup, low road noise.

Let me just start off by saying.....I have never met a more patient man/salesman than MOSHI!!!! This was my first ever car buying experience at a dealership and the anxiety was real. But no one else I would have rather had as a product specialist, than Moshi. Words cannot even begin to express my appreciation for his services. He was very punctual, professional, transparent, understanding and genuinely made the entire experience as comfortable as possible. Not to mention, he's very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle systems. As difficult as I was as a first-time buyer, I commend Moshi for patiently working with me on site of the dealership, for hours, without giving up until I was comfortable enough with signing and driving my car off the lot. His dedication truly paid off because I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I arrived pre-approved for a loan and left with a better rate after their finance dept. hooked it up. Even after my purchase, Moshi checked in to see how I was doing with my purchase. I have had only 2 warranty issues. Both were immediately taken care of with no other issues on the truck. This has been the best vehicle I have owned out of 21 vehicles in my life. The comfort, power, features and dependability is why I gave it 5 Stars! I have roughly 59, 000 miles on it and I drive it every day. The gas mileage is 30MPG at 55 MPH!! I regularly get 23-25 on the highway at 65. Overall I get a real 16.5 in the city, and 24 on the Highway. My truck has been babied and kept clean at all times. No dogs, no kids, and I am happy with it.

I recently assisted my daughter and her husband in purchasing a new Chevy Trax at Golf Mill Chevrolet and it was one of the best new car buying experiences I have ever had. I contacted Christopher over the phone based on his excellent reviews and set up an appointment and from that point forward I was extremely impressed with Christopher's communication, honesty, product knowledge and professionalism. On the second contact both my daughter and her husband were able to be there and they too were very impressed and satisfied and they purchased the vehicle. Christopher is very detailed to make sure all steps of the purchase and delivery process were completed including a tour of the dealership service department and introduction with the Service Manager and Service Advisor. All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff.
