After speaking with Charles Wicks and reviewing my options online, I went to Heritage Volkswagen still not sure if I would make a purchase. Once I arrived and sat down with Melissa Cole, I knew I was purchasing a new car that day, which I did. Traded in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD for the Z71 and have only one regret. I should have bought the Chevy in the first place. It is a much better truck in just about every facet from comfort to technology to cabin quitetness to towing. Toyota Tacoma’s have better resale value and look better but For the money I’m more than happy with the Z71.

My 17 Colorado has 50,900 miles on it and it needs a new Differential in installed. Just normal driving. I think it should have lasted should last much longer.

I have a gas ZR2 in blue, and it is my dream truck. The build quality is so good on these! The doors shut with a solid thud, the intuitiveness of the interior...it was the best truck available in 2022. I got mine before the '23 models and I am so very glad I did. I looked at all available mid-sized trucks, Jeeps, Tacos, Nissan, etc...none felt as solid as the ZR2. Almost two years now, and coming up on 25k. Oil changes and had the tires balanced, did all of the fluids at 5k. You have to allow for Chevy Quirkiness, and you'll love it. The A/C can be weird.

Excellent experience with the dealership as a whole and salesman Phillip Hausley in particular. He listened to me after I felt like the Genesis wasn’t a good fit and I explained concerns with another vehicle I had driven elsewhere. He encouraged me to drive the Santa Fe and assured me it was not going to seem too big for me…he was right! I love the Santa Fe HEV calligraphy! It was a great price and everyone was friendly and truly wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend them and the Santa Fe!

I bought my Colorado in December 2022. I want planning on a midsized truck but after the test drive I was impressed. The room is enough for 4 adults comfortably. I have 7500 miles on it and have recommended to several family members. My is a 2wheel drive crew about with locking rear differential. The only thatI have problem with is the tires it came with. Goodyear Wranglers, it needs taller tires and wider.

I have had only 2 warranty issues. Both were immediately taken care of with no other issues on the truck. This has been the best vehicle I have owned out of 21 vehicles in my life. The comfort, power, features and dependability is why I gave it 5 Stars! I have roughly 59, 000 miles on it and I drive it every day. The gas mileage is 30MPG at 55 MPH!! I regularly get 23-25 on the highway at 65. Overall I get a real 16.5 in the city, and 24 on the Highway. My truck has been babied and kept clean at all times. No dogs, no kids, and I am happy with it.

Anytime I come to eastern automotive on reisterstown road, I always prefer to work with Cortez! I bought my last car from him too. I remember the dedication he spent to ensure I left with a car from back then :)

While it’s early yet as I’ve only owned for a few weeks, overall it has met or exceeded my expectations. I wanted a mid-sized pickup after owning an Avalanche for nearly 10 years. Truck has plenty of room for driver and passenger (am sure rear seat is tight but not a factor for me) and is very comfortable for me and I’m 6’4”. Truck rides nice and did well in moderate/heavy snow covered roads. So far been great! Can’t really comment on Reliability yet as truck is still new.

Very nice truck. One problem is the key will not go to the off position when in park. This doesn't happen every day but way too often. Extremely inconvenient and apparently doesn't seem to be a solution. This has been happening to other chevrolet trucks since 2015. It should be solved and be put on a recall list.

Love the looks, love the ride. The inside could be a bit bigger, but hey, it's a Colorado. Would I buy another one - yes. The price was even better than I anticipated. I am just happy I bought it when I did. Had I waited two more month the price would have been a lot more.

Bought the truck with 3000 miles on it. engine feels strong had no mechanical issues with almost 20,000 miles on it now knock on wood I drive it on 300 mile road trips regularly back and forth to college and with just a few infotainment issues such as Bluetooth not connecting the screen taking over 3 minutes to turn on which are frustrating but not devestating overall for the price this thing should be flawless and not have these basic issues but hasn't left me stranded. (PS don't buy OnStar Wi-Fi it is terrible never works interferes with your service)

Paint on hood looks like it is separating from clearcoat. Takes a very long time to get hot air from heater. Had to replace steering gear.

Great quad cab truck rides smooth extra quiet cab powerful diesel engine Duramax something Toyota does not offer. the truck is spacious designed well and seems well built.

My 2016 has 174K miles on it now. It's been mechanically sound for the most part. As with most high mileage vehicles, things are starting to wear out but it hasn't been anything too costly. The truck has served me well and been very reliable.

Great little truck! Good looking body style, nice wheels, well done interior, plenty of options including adaptive cruise control in Z71 model. Great alternative to full size pickup. Only one problem so far, module for backup camera has failed and is on back order, so it seems other owners have run into the same problem. Overall, great buy!

Overall a great experience, not a lot of the usual dealership back and forth hassle, I was in and out in under 3 hours as they were pretty straightforward on pricing. The salesperson was new but very pleasant. Overall a great job by the team at Ourisman!

I bought a 2020 WT Crew Cab with power amenities and chrome/color bumpers and upgraded to leather seats for $24,000. It has been a great truck. I regularly get 24-28 mpg with the V6 (simply by watching acceleration). It does everything I want; towing/hauling and just general running about. Love the Apple CarPlay. This is the best value truck that I have owned. Solidly reliable. No complaints.

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. I was looking for an economical pickup with towing capacity. The Chevy Colorado DuraMax Diesel fit my needs and White Bear Mitsubishi had the one I liked best at the price I could afford. I would have liked the upgraded seats but the standard chevy seats are very comfortable. We took a road trip Saturday after buying it and traveled in town and hwy averaging 29.8 MPG. I am going to love this truck.

This dealership was to me way down in Pasadena. Truthfully thought about turning around on Wednesday. Decided to keep going. Arrived and was met by Robert, a totally up front individual. He pulled out the vehicle gave me keys and said try it out, I will talk to you when you return. The professionalism he possessed was exceptional. We had a 45 minute discussion and I bought the vehicle. I explained that I had no way to get back to the business, from just below Towson to pick up the vehicle. Robert didn't hesitate and said not to worry we will work something out. They delivered my vehicle on Friday and gave me gas $. This was totally the exception and a worthwhile experience.

Performance is only 4 stars because the smaller engine is not as good, otherwise the 3.7L i5 works and runs at a higher performance than expected for this size truck. Rusts as always on the salty roads of upstate NY.

Bought this truck used. It’s a crew cab z71 midnight edition. The styling and ride are great and fuel mileage is ok, thought it might be a little better for a v6. Interior is very nice and has lots of features. The radio is somewhat confusing to use at first and wish you could store stations for different bands instead of having them all in a row
