Great buying experience! I drove my car home same day and they drove the vehicle that I had driven back to me the next day! Had my first service done and called on a Friday was able to get it in that following Monday. They even picked my car up at 8:30 and had it back to me w/ everything done by 11:30. They texted me the pic of my car and the services they took care of.

I have a gas ZR2 in blue, and it is my dream truck. The build quality is so good on these! The doors shut with a solid thud, the intuitiveness of the interior...it was the best truck available in 2022. I got mine before the '23 models and I am so very glad I did. I looked at all available mid-sized trucks, Jeeps, Tacos, Nissan, etc...none felt as solid as the ZR2. Almost two years now, and coming up on 25k. Oil changes and had the tires balanced, did all of the fluids at 5k. You have to allow for Chevy Quirkiness, and you'll love it. The A/C can be weird.

WOW!! What a staff!! I spent most of a 3 day weekend going from car dealership to car dealership looking for a new vehicle, I wanted something bigger in size, something better than my Bronco on fuel and something that wouldn't break the bank. After tons of research I found that the ALL NEW Mitsubishi Outlander checked all my boxes. It's sleek, plush and ultra refined interior and exterior makes me feel RICHHH. I stopped into a couple local (Springfield, MO) dealerships and got the ickkk from the sales staff and managers, you know the feeling, like you're about to be taken advantage of, that one! I swear at one point I witnessed the sales manager rubbing his bands together and counting his commission in his head... At this point it wad too late, I was already in LOVE with the NEW Outlander but couldn't force myself to buy from my local dealership so I decided to call up Northtowne. I dialed the number and asked for sales, to my surprise the ray of sunshine that answered the phone was no other than my saleswoman (Sawnya). I explained my entire weekend, went into detail of what I was looking for in a car and told her where I would like to be. Let's just say Sawyna DID NOT give me the ickkk we shared a TON of belly laughs during our first 15 minutes on the phone. I swear it was no more than 20 minutes later and Sawnya and her sales manager (Colton) called me back with good news that we could make it work!! Colton found a way to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, the right price for the car I purchased and even was the first one to greet me at the dealership door with a handshake and a smile. To say this dealership feels like a family is no joke. Every single person I spoke to was kind, generous and eager to help! Finance knocked it out of the park and gave me everything I wanted in a timely manner. HUGE shoutout to Tim in finance for getting me covered with the bundle protection package. (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached, you don't want to know how many key fobs I've lost.) The 175 mile drive was WELL WORTH it for the amazing hospitality, the expertise level of the staff and the forever friendships I made while here. For my next car I know where to start!! I bought my Colorado in December 2022. I want planning on a midsized truck but after the test drive I was impressed. The room is enough for 4 adults comfortably. I have 7500 miles on it and have recommended to several family members. My is a 2wheel drive crew about with locking rear differential. The only thatI have problem with is the tires it came with. Goodyear Wranglers, it needs taller tires and wider.

While it’s early yet as I’ve only owned for a few weeks, overall it has met or exceeded my expectations. I wanted a mid-sized pickup after owning an Avalanche for nearly 10 years. Truck has plenty of room for driver and passenger (am sure rear seat is tight but not a factor for me) and is very comfortable for me and I’m 6’4”. Truck rides nice and did well in moderate/heavy snow covered roads. So far been great! Can’t really comment on Reliability yet as truck is still new.

Its the perfect size truck(Crew Cab), easy to maneuver in close areas, Fast,Handles great, Leather interior, excellent Bose music sound system. Storage area under back seat. Locking front and rear differentials, Excellent performance on and off road. This is The Truck.

Received an oil change done and received what up coming maintenance costs on my 2017. Taylor handled my request in a timely manner.

Bought the truck with 3000 miles on it. engine feels strong had no mechanical issues with almost 20,000 miles on it now knock on wood I drive it on 300 mile road trips regularly back and forth to college and with just a few infotainment issues such as Bluetooth not connecting the screen taking over 3 minutes to turn on which are frustrating but not devestating overall for the price this thing should be flawless and not have these basic issues but hasn't left me stranded. (PS don't buy OnStar Wi-Fi it is terrible never works interferes with your service)

It’s great truck. I’m a truck gal so I appreciate the vehicle being higher up Frm ground level. Only thg I don’t like is I’m a short gal who had to have custom side rails put on it & they modified lower. In all the sales agent tried so hard to find a financier to approve my credit. I’m very appreciative of their hard work.

The Salesperson Made an Amazing Car Buying Experience We went to CarMax in Independence to look for a mid-sized SUV with relatively low mileage at a reasonable price, and we found what we were looking for. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! No sales pressure, no haggling over price, just a straight up purchase with no hidden or confusing terms or agreements. Everything was laid out on the table. Plain and simple. The salesperson, Austin Hubbard, was a pleasure to work with. We were facing a very difficult personal situation that could have easily made the car buying experience extremely challenging and stressful. Austin was kind, patient and understanding throughout the entire process. From the moment he greeted us at the front door until the moment we drove away, Austin was there to provide help, guidance and even some words of encouragement. My service advisor was excellent as was the quality of the work. GM's $200 charge for labor to replace a part I can buy for $20 is ridiculous. I would have been ok paying $200 to replace all four tire pressure sensors but not $200 EACH plus the super inflated part cost. I wish I could score the service separate from the pricing. Pricing would get one star.

Levi was super helpful in setting up an appt and through the repair with great communication. Pablo did a great job with the repair. Kenny assisted with a question I had regarding a console light warning and was able to solve the issue. Warren was very friendly when driving my car around for pick up. I was always asked if I needed something to drink or a snack with drop off and picking up. Thank you again Levi for your assistance.

I have had only 2 warranty issues. Both were immediately taken care of with no other issues on the truck. This has been the best vehicle I have owned out of 21 vehicles in my life. The comfort, power, features and dependability is why I gave it 5 Stars! I have roughly 59, 000 miles on it and I drive it every day. The gas mileage is 30MPG at 55 MPH!! I regularly get 23-25 on the highway at 65. Overall I get a real 16.5 in the city, and 24 on the Highway. My truck has been babied and kept clean at all times. No dogs, no kids, and I am happy with it.

My 17 Colorado has 50,900 miles on it and it needs a new Differential in installed. Just normal driving. I think it should have lasted should last much longer.

Olathe Subaru was excellent. Steven Botts and James made the experience very pleasant and low key. Allowed me to have courtesy car while they got my new car ready- they were very busy that day. Said take your time. When I returned, everything was ready. Great to work with! I will only go to Olathe Subaru. Second time I have bought a car with them. Highly recommend!

Great little truck! Good looking body style, nice wheels, well done interior, plenty of options including adaptive cruise control in Z71 model. Great alternative to full size pickup. Only one problem so far, module for backup camera has failed and is on back order, so it seems other owners have run into the same problem. Overall, great buy!

Love the looks, love the ride. The inside could be a bit bigger, but hey, it's a Colorado. Would I buy another one - yes. The price was even better than I anticipated. I am just happy I bought it when I did. Had I waited two more month the price would have been a lot more.

I took my F-150 in for Warranty Service and Recall. The service was Fast friendly, without issues. I will use them in the future.

I was looking for an economical pickup with towing capacity. The Chevy Colorado DuraMax Diesel fit my needs and White Bear Mitsubishi had the one I liked best at the price I could afford. I would have liked the upgraded seats but the standard chevy seats are very comfortable. We took a road trip Saturday after buying it and traveled in town and hwy averaging 29.8 MPG. I am going to love this truck.

Autodreams is by far the best dealership to get a vehicle from, the owner Josh goes above and beyond to make things happen while also making sure you are happy. 2019 Chevy Colorado, 2.5l 4-cyl Worktruck 6-speed automatic. Already put 60,000 miles on it. So far, so good. No engine or transmission issues. Suspension works great, I just resent it should have better soundproofing. It appears that 100 mph is the top speed for it. I like my truck and I hope it never disappoints me. Major issues I find is at the assembly line. My car came with the brake boosters disconnected and the bolts for the step sidebars loose. Autonation took care of it.

Very nice interior. I love the color. The wheels and rims look great. The truck looks sassy! Love the front end look. The truck handles good. Gas mileage has not been the greatest.
