Came on for a minor repair for my 2023 Chev Bolt, was presented with an offer on a 2025 Blzer I could not pass up.

My service advisor was Michael A. He did a tremendous job in explaining what was required at this service. He also gave me the upcoming services my vehicle will need in the future with estimated costs and approximate mileage markers of when each service should be done. Michael is very professional and friendly. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest I give him a 10+. The dealership is always very clean, and the waiting room is very comfortable.

Jeremy was so helpful from start to finish with my visit. Very efficient and timely making me feel important as a customer and maintained steady and open communication throughout my service. Keeps it real without trying to add or upsell extra charges and services besides what?s necessary. Makes helpful recommendations. I called Tonya and she was able to schedule me for my oil change. I dropped the car off in the early morning and they got me an uber back to work. I was notified during the service and when it was completed. All went very smoothly, and I was dropped off to pick up my vehicle.
