I've had five Corvettes, purchased at different dealers, and my biggest complaint was always the service. They weren't keeping up with published issues coming from Detroit, and an overall malaise towards service requests. Then I tried Eldorado Chevy and my service adviser, Mike McDonald. The level of service and his dedication to solving any problem that arises is without comparison. I cannot imagine letting anyone else touch my Corvette. His focus on care for your Vette and solving any issues, is beyond comparison to anything I have ever seen at other dealerships. Ask for MIke!

I had a problem with my c8 z06, i called the sales man and he had one of the most amazing person from the service department "dayana loya" meet me in front, i didn't even have time park the car and she was already there waiting for me with the most beautiful smile i have ever seen. She drove my car into the service bay and within minutes she gave me the full diagnostics report. sent it to get repaired the next day she called me that the car was ready to be picked up. If I could rate her service higher i would she went above and beyond to take care of my problem and did an amazing job while she got it done. Most valuable employee any company would be proud of having her on their side! She had such a wonderful way of communicating and explaining the issues that going, it felt amazing to experience this as a customer.

He took his time to show me the vehicle and drive it. On the purchase price, again...no gimmicks or games. Once the price was agreed upon and the trade in valued, the deal was complete. Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better.
