My is machine silver with competition gray wheels 1lt nice car . Only problem I have had and a lot more people have had with the C6 is the automatic automatic shifter gets stuck in park. A recalled that never happened.

They are surprisingly roomy for a small sports car, and a relatively tall person can drive one with ease. The suspension in the small block cars is actually very good and the ride is nice. the car is quick and fun to drive with the T-Tops of on a nice day.

Just bought 2016 Stingray Long Beach Red with 17 K miles. Awesome Car !!! Color is off the charts! People all say what color is that?!!!!

I purchased my 2000 C5 dark bowling green in 2014 it only had 23,000 miles on it, today it has close to 200,000 miles I drive it the only upgrades that I've done is I put different Wheels that mimic the stock ones they're just one inch wider front and back, an air intake from K&N and a Cat-Back system from Flowmasters. I can't go anywhere where at least two people come up and comment on my car and no one can believe it's 23 years old I do keep it in good shape it is the original paint. Like any other vehicle you have little issues water pumps I change the air conditioning a leak in the rear end had to get a new alternator all the normal stuff for cars that are 23 years old no major failures. The performance on this car is fantastic it's fast a Corners well. And if I can keep my foot out of it it gets pretty good gas mileage for the most part. I will say if you plan to get one of these C5 Corvettes you have to be willing to work on the car if you want it to run the way it's designed has a ton of sensors all kinds of grounds there's a lot to it, but the joy and the fun that you get out of it is well worth it.

Service department was prompt, very thorough and kept me informed as progress was made. Their work was efficient and thorough. I have been using Tasca and previous owners for many years and will continue to use them.

Update from Vette Guy of Tucson, Az. I received my replacement Z-06 convertible almost exactly 2 months from the date I ordered it. It arrived exactly as ordered: Mist Red with Natural interior, Z07 Handling Package, Visible Carbon Fiber Big Aero Package, Carbon Fiber Wheels and Racing Seats. I have 800 miles on the car, so far no problems. I plan on racing the car in the September Silver State Challenge Ely, Nv. open road race. I raced the 2023 Z06 there in May, great race try it! I'm also attending the Z06 driving school in Pahrump,Nv. I did the Z51 school last year, highly recommended! Overall a big Thumbs up to Watson Chevrolet for keeping their word on getting me a replacement Z-06!

I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.

It truly is an American dream car... fast, reliable, easy to maintain, quick response, surprisingly good gas mileage better than my Nissan XTerra, and most of all very affordable sports car in the market. Most maintenance can be done by an average DIYer and there's a glut of after market parts available everywhere. I have a convertible triple black and it gets admired every time I'm on the road. This is my first Corvette and with my age, probably not my last.

My 12 1/2 year old Volt is hanging in there because of the skill, knowledge, and great work by the team at Chevy Exchange. I called a few days before Christmas to describe a problem. They got me in the morning after Christmas. A part was needed so they kept my car and a nice young gentleman drove me home. I recently bought a 2001 C5 base automatic with 59,000 miles on it. I absolutely love this car. I’ve been using it as my daily and have put about 2,000 miles on it in about 5 months and it’s been nothing but great. Mine does have the Z51 package so it’s a little stiff and bumpy but with a sports car that what you expect. The only problems I’ve had are sometimes one of the pop up lights doesn’t go up but the good thing is there’s a hand crank for when that happens so you can put them up and the radio in mine had an issue where the lights on it would stay on and drain the battery but it is a 23 year old car so a few small electrical issues don’t surprise me. Besides that it’s been a great car so far and for anyone looking for a good, reliable, great looking sports car I don’t think there’s a better one out there especially for the money, it’s also plenty fast, I’ve recorded a 4.4 second 0-60 in mine on a non prepped road and all the mods mine has is a straight pipe muffler delete with no tips and pipes and a cold air intake so it’s pretty much stock. Overall I absolutely love this car and I hope to keep it for a long time (or until I get a C7 corvette) but I’d definitely recommend it if you can find a decent one for the money!

I purchased a torch red 92 in October 2023 with 36,000 miles on it and have changed the tires, battery, plugs, wires, air filter, 02 sensor on driver side and it runs and drives like a dream while getting plenty of compliments. I did own a 94 12 years back but it was not as much fun as this one has been. Nothing more fun than cruising with the top down and the tunes up! If you own one with the Opti-spark, check the recall list on GM, you may be due for the updated version at GMs expense. I have replaced one on my 94 and they are a pain in the aXX to replace.

Having had many “sports” cars, I never appreciated corvettes as I do now. The overall experience has been a “10” reliability and response are excellent. I opted out if a c8 for the c7 and was not disappointed It is pure corvette, no mid engine , rear wheel drive . A real American experience, I luv it !!

I own I 2008 C6 very similar to the one in the Ad . Same color Crystal Red Metallic Tintcoat, convertible,Tan top, same two tone leather interior, Mine has 6 speed auto , heads-up display, 436 HP with dual note exhaust,Only 37000 miles, heated seats, I think they call this model the LT3 trim level with Z51 performance package . Love this car outstanding excellaration ,very dependable ,great bang for the buck. You get a lot of looks with top dropped. Only negatives would be that Corvette,s sit extremely low to the ground, not the easiest car to get into for a guy 66 and you have to be careful with steep driveways. Other than that a outstanding sports car.

The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. I currently own 11 cars. In addition to my C8, 2 C5 Vettes, 2 Porsches, 3 Miata’s & a few utilitarian cars. I race a Z06 Vette, a Miata & a Porsche. I bought the C8 to track it. Have not yet tracked it. The major options I got are: convertible, Z51 package, front lift, front camera. I love the front lift. Thanks to front lift & front camera so far no scrapes. Picked car up Aug 31, 2022. Have 10,600 miles. Recently drove to Sebring for 12hr Rolex. Put 2700 miles on the drive. Driving 13 hrs at a stretch, car is very comfortable to sit in for 13hrs. Handles beautifully with ample power to accelerate seamlessly to maneuver through highway traffic. I’m in my mid 70’s so getting in/out of this car is not exactly graceful. I’ve had sports cars since my British cars in the 60’s & getting in/out was not graceful back then either. Car is a dream to drive & styling makes it beautiful to look at it. Some people complain about poor visibility & blindspots. My response is there are no blindspots if you set mirrors correctly. Unfortunately, most people do not set mirrors properly. This car’s interior is very tight. It’s a drivers car. There’s no extra interior space. My wife will not ride in this car for any length of time because of the lack of space. She’s accustomed to driving/riding in sports cars. In addition to an SUV & a sedan her other drivers are a Porshe & Miata. Overall it’s a great car.

2024 Stingray Z51 Convertible. Great buying experience and no issues in 7 months and 5K miles. Great features and and runs great with better than expected fuel mileage. Just a couple Cons - Run flat summer tires are somewhat noisy and not offered with adaptive cruise.
