I needed a car with an automatic transmission because my knee was getting worse. I had a 2011 Cruze with a manual transmission and liked it but I traded it in for a 2019 Cruze. Going on six years now and I don't want another vehicle. Reliable? Very. I don't drive like a maniac and I keep up with maintenance. My usb port went kaput but I replaced it myself. My phone would not connect to the infotainment system. I fixed that by removing the fuse to the radio while it was on then turning off the car and then plugging it back in. It rebooted the system. I garage my Cruze and watch where I park it, so no dents anywhere. I intend to keep this car for as long as possible.

I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

The plastic plate across the front of the car comes off and have had to replace it once and now can't afford to put a new one back on!!!! The car has less then 40,000 not bad for 2012 when I bought with 139 miles...LOL! Breaks need to be replaced and the interior of the car needs deep cleaning. I love my Cruze man!!!

Took it to a mechanic friend's shop and it had been well maintained by the previous owner. They weren't pushy when we spoke, they asked for a fair price, and it's in great condition for 70k miles. Simply a great car - very reliable, fun to drive with awesome gas mileage. Used as a commuter car and with the front wheel drive, had no issues in the snow. Highly recommend the Cruze!

We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! from what I'm seeing other people report, the 1.4 turbo is the problem. I have the LS 1.8 and yes I have replaced the water pump but it was not driven hot so it did not damage the head gasket or block. it has 180,000 miles on it and runs like a new one. the comfort and handling makes up for the lack of power although it has enough. it's not a Camaro or a Corvette but it's a xxxx good Car.

I got the eco version. Fuel economy is great and handling is responsive. The slick shifting 6 speed manual is a fun challenge. seats are very comfy.

I saw a black Nissan armada in car gurus, for sale at cars 147, i did check the pictures and got contact with this dealer, Amanda was on the phone and provided all info i request as i am in madison wi, well far from cars 147 and with no time to go there and see the car, so i ask for aditional video, which very soon i got, i did check carfax report, and all mi quiestions were anser in a totally transparent way, Amanda and Mia did act in a very proffesional way and very kind and efficient in anything, they ask me to send my mechanic for inspection but for me was not necesarilly, so we entered in a quick negotiations and did find and agreement, cars 147 was to deliver the car to my house, i pay the car in a very convenient way and the car reach me the next day in perfect condition and exaclty as decribed, now very happy and 100 satisficed with the car a bougth from them with not even going and see. a very good experience wit a very profesional team.

We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

So far this 2019 Cruze I just bought 2 weeks ago, everything is great , nice body style, great on gas, I had a 2007 Chev Cobalt that my brother bought from me ,that has more pickup cause of it being a larger engine 2.2, but thats the only difference. I have always owned GM, I tried out a 2020 Elandtra andv the quality is much better with the Cruze. My brother will probably have the 2007 Cobalt for a while since it has only 166470km on it These cares are fantastic Cruze or Cobalt and would recommend either to anyone, but get it Crown sprayed on the bottom cause these cars are all bad for rocker panel rotting out. If you Oil yearly, these cars will last for yearsand I mean 15-20 plus years if taken care of

I bought my 2016 Chevy Cruze LT in 2019 with 19,000 mi on it. I've now had it for 6 years and with minimal maintenance I now have $270,000 mi on the car. I'm 71 years old I have a lead foot and I love the cruze. Still driving that car today and now looking to buy another one. It's too bad Chevrolet did not continue to make the cruze.

Sebastian was amazing and so friendly to talk to, we visited a few other dealerships and came across this one , we met a few nice people while there but me and my husband wanted to see the whole lot ourselves , I guess you can say old fashion since we can look online to look into the vehicle instead. While looking at the pre-owned vehicle we came across Sebastian, he was so nice and welcoming and it being it 1st time buying a vehicle we looked into what we were looking for and he gave us some advice into what to look out for as well as what vehicles are long lasting and showed us our options. I had a 2017 Cruze manual and loved it. A careless driver rear ended me and sent me into another vehicle; totaled it. By the grace of Almighty God and a great GM design I walked away without a scratch. I went right out and bought my 2018. Dynamic Blue LT. Comfortable, zippy, easy driver, lots of toys. Great on long trips, HUGE trunk for travel gear, great gas mileage. Great 4 wheel disc brakes. I don't care for the auto-stop but I can get over that. It sits a bit low so my wife who had a stroke recently has a hard time getting out of the passenger side.

I bought this car with 8,900 miles, I have put over 15,000 on it, it sits around 30,500 miles now I haven’t had any issues with it at all and is been driven in long distances from Texas to Montana and so on Now I doo get a few people say this car is crap and unreliable But this one is different, I recommend this car 100%

I have owned my Cruze for about two years now with no problems. I have driven this car back and forth to work and around town multiple times, with no issues. I have the LS trim with the 1.8. I can say the LS trim lacks many features, but still provides easy to use technology and a comfortable ride.

A little hard to find but these guys are super easy going with no pressure. They had several trucks that were from the southern region of the country. The truck exceeded my husbands expectations. Great finance rates that were better than our own bank. We will without a doubt be back when we are ready for our next truck.

Love my Cruze! Have had to do minor maintenance but nothing that wasn’t expected. Big bonus is the parts are super cheap! I have a 2015 and 2017. Love them both!

Tariq brought a beautiful red 2005 Mercury Mariner around front with new tires and brakes. I asked if it was okay to take it to my mechanic to get it looked at. He agreed and I took it there. My mechanic hooked it up to the computer and said he didn't find a single thing wrong. When I brought it back for a minor problem, Tariq took care of it for me, even though he didn't have to as I had bought the vehicle "as is." Wonderful staff and very nice vehicles available.

Purchased this vehicle for grandsons commute to community college. After 1 month of ownership, I'm confident vehicle has ability to last 4 years without major component failure.
