We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

I needed a car with an automatic transmission because my knee was getting worse. I had a 2011 Cruze with a manual transmission and liked it but I traded it in for a 2019 Cruze. Going on six years now and I don't want another vehicle. Reliable? Very. I don't drive like a maniac and I keep up with maintenance. My usb port went kaput but I replaced it myself. My phone would not connect to the infotainment system. I fixed that by removing the fuse to the radio while it was on then turning off the car and then plugging it back in. It rebooted the system. I garage my Cruze and watch where I park it, so no dents anywhere. I intend to keep this car for as long as possible.

They are pleasant to work with and I think you'll be happy with the service and repair. There's not much more to say when everything is a positive experience.

The plastic plate across the front of the car comes off and have had to replace it once and now can't afford to put a new one back on!!!! The car has less then 40,000 not bad for 2012 when I bought with 139 miles...LOL! Breaks need to be replaced and the interior of the car needs deep cleaning. I love my Cruze man!!!

I owned a generation 2 Chevy Cruze hatchback for the past 8 years. Other than routine maintenance it never had a failure. Excellent fit and finish. Incredible gas mileage with a peppy turbo charged engine. The only negative is that GM no longer produces these highly reliable vehicles.

I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! It's a good car but the interior is falling apart being that it's new the window came off henges or off track rather and so I don't know about that but other than that it's a good car

I bought my 2016 Chevy Cruze LT in 2019 with 19,000 mi on it. I've now had it for 6 years and with minimal maintenance I now have $270,000 mi on the car. I'm 71 years old I have a lead foot and I love the cruze. Still driving that car today and now looking to buy another one. It's too bad Chevrolet did not continue to make the cruze.

I bought this car with 8,900 miles, I have put over 15,000 on it, it sits around 30,500 miles now I haven’t had any issues with it at all and is been driven in long distances from Texas to Montana and so on Now I doo get a few people say this car is crap and unreliable But this one is different, I recommend this car 100%

I had a 2017 Cruze manual and loved it. A careless driver rear ended me and sent me into another vehicle; totaled it. By the grace of Almighty God and a great GM design I walked away without a scratch. I went right out and bought my 2018. Dynamic Blue LT. Comfortable, zippy, easy driver, lots of toys. Great on long trips, HUGE trunk for travel gear, great gas mileage. Great 4 wheel disc brakes. I don't care for the auto-stop but I can get over that. It sits a bit low so my wife who had a stroke recently has a hard time getting out of the passenger side.

I purchased a silver 2017 Chevrolet Cruze LT with the “convenience” package from Carmax in April of 2020 for about $16,000. It was a one owner vehicle, garage kept, and had only 24,000 miles. I got a great deal on it with financing and it is probably the best decision I’ve made in terms of buying a car. The exterior design is attractive, and modern. The interior is also very attractive and doesn’t have the cheap look and feel of many compact cars. It has all the technology you could want in a vehicle. Apple CarPlay/ responsive infotainment system, optional WiFi hotspot, OnStar, heated seats, push button start, stop/start system and more. When it comes to performance, it’s a mixed bag. It is more enjoyable to drive and has more power than other subcompact cars with 4 cylinder engines. I had a 2014 Nissan Sentra with 2.0 I4 and CVT transmission and it was the most boring driving experience imaginable. The 2017 Cruze is an improvement over that. The 1.4L Turbo engine is wonderful for highway driving. When cruising on a highway in a lower gear, you punch the throttle and the turbo kicks in, giving you plenty of reserve power for passing. Highway driving is where this car shines. When using regular unleaded fuel, you will experience some turbo lag, which can be jarring if you’ve never driven a turbocharged vehicle. Using Plus grade gasoline makes a noticeable difference in reducing turbo lag. On the other hand, the overall acceleration from 0-60 is disappointing and can feel sluggish when accelerating from a complete stop For reliability, I haven’t had any issues with the car yet. I am aware of the reputation of GM compact cars and the 1.4 turbo engine, but this car feels far more refined than any other subcompact vehicle I’ve ever owned. It feels like a quantum leap from the previous generation Cruze. So stick with the 2016-2019 models, as they don’t have as many reliability issues as the 2010-2015 models. As of today the car has 48,000 miles and with timely maintenance I’ve had no mechanical issues to date in the first 3 years.

Osman, the manager may I remind you....was cleaning my car, a 2012 Nissan Leaf before handing it over to me....I mean, if that is not the definition of leadership or commitment...I have NO earthly idea what is.... good luck finding that in other self-centered dealerships. Osman and Ali came in on Saturday to insure that I was taking care of. Even made sure that my purchase process met my requirements. FOR ALL OF YOU, let me elaborate. I was purchasing an EV (electric vehicle) with a budget under 10K and with less than 100 miles on the motor. In this case, it was an EV car under 10k with 58,000 miles, this is un heard of and good luck finding a dealership guaranteeing you a set of comfort when driving it out of the lot.....thats if your battery is not degraded...go youtube that xxxx. Well, Osman did, he literally cleaned my car, gave me some insurance for my peace of mind, and was completely professional throughout the process. I've owned over 15 cars within my lifespan (BMWs, Dodge SRT-10s, Toyotas, Subarus STIs, 150s.etc) with multiple of "Sub-Standard" experiences because of dealerships and vulture-like salesmen "cough cough, Ann Arbor!", but I never had a manager follow through with a reasonable price in an outrageously high car market demand. LA Trading is legit, speak to them in a transparent manner, tell them your expectations and budget. I am sure you will not complain. Do your research and youtube your vehicles. Its not that hard... from what I'm seeing other people report, the 1.4 turbo is the problem. I have the LS 1.8 and yes I have replaced the water pump but it was not driven hot so it did not damage the head gasket or block. it has 180,000 miles on it and runs like a new one. the comfort and handling makes up for the lack of power although it has enough. it's not a Camaro or a Corvette but it's a xxxx good Car.
