I was shopping for my first Jeep and visited several dealerships before Meadowland of Carmel was recommended to me. The customer service I received was outstanding—far better than anywhere else. We handled everything through email and phone, and within a week, I was picking up my new Jeep. The entire team—Ken (General Manager), Aaron (Salesperson), and Tim (Finance Manager)—made the process seamless. Every question was answered, and I had zero concerns walking into the dealership. I expected to spend three to four hours there, like at every other dealership I’ve visited, but I was in and out in just 20 minutes. Truly impressive! I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a Jeep. It was absolutely worth the drive and my time. I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! Great car overall, only 41, 767 Miles!
