I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! Great car overall, only 41, 767 Miles!

We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

Since moving out to the NW area we have been going to Bigger Chevrolet for service. We only had an issue one time and it was handled immediately by the owner. For me that says a lot so I?ll be a constant customer. When ready to upgrade my vehicle this is where I?ll go because if you have a good service department and the owner responds to any issues, no matter how small then it?s an honest dealership worthy of my patronage. I owned a generation 2 Chevy Cruze hatchback for the past 8 years. Other than routine maintenance it never had a failure. Excellent fit and finish. Incredible gas mileage with a peppy turbo charged engine. The only negative is that GM no longer produces these highly reliable vehicles.

I bought this car new in 2017, other than a fuel sensor replacement it has been a very reliable car. I now have 105,000 miles on it.

from what I'm seeing other people report, the 1.4 turbo is the problem. I have the LS 1.8 and yes I have replaced the water pump but it was not driven hot so it did not damage the head gasket or block. it has 180,000 miles on it and runs like a new one. the comfort and handling makes up for the lack of power although it has enough. it's not a Camaro or a Corvette but it's a xxxx good Car.

I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. I needed a car with an automatic transmission because my knee was getting worse. I had a 2011 Cruze with a manual transmission and liked it but I traded it in for a 2019 Cruze. Going on six years now and I don't want another vehicle. Reliable? Very. I don't drive like a maniac and I keep up with maintenance. My usb port went kaput but I replaced it myself. My phone would not connect to the infotainment system. I fixed that by removing the fuse to the radio while it was on then turning off the car and then plugging it back in. It rebooted the system. I garage my Cruze and watch where I park it, so no dents anywhere. I intend to keep this car for as long as possible.

So far this 2019 Cruze I just bought 2 weeks ago, everything is great , nice body style, great on gas, I had a 2007 Chev Cobalt that my brother bought from me ,that has more pickup cause of it being a larger engine 2.2, but thats the only difference. I have always owned GM, I tried out a 2020 Elandtra andv the quality is much better with the Cruze. My brother will probably have the 2007 Cobalt for a while since it has only 166470km on it These cares are fantastic Cruze or Cobalt and would recommend either to anyone, but get it Crown sprayed on the bottom cause these cars are all bad for rocker panel rotting out. If you Oil yearly, these cars will last for yearsand I mean 15-20 plus years if taken care of

I bought my 2016 Chevy Cruze LT in 2019 with 19,000 mi on it. I've now had it for 6 years and with minimal maintenance I now have $270,000 mi on the car. I'm 71 years old I have a lead foot and I love the cruze. Still driving that car today and now looking to buy another one. It's too bad Chevrolet did not continue to make the cruze.

I have owned my Cruze for about two years now with no problems. I have driven this car back and forth to work and around town multiple times, with no issues. I have the LS trim with the 1.8. I can say the LS trim lacks many features, but still provides easy to use technology and a comfortable ride.

Currently under construction so some customers didn?t understand to pull their cars out of the way when they went in the trailer. A sign should be posted as such.

I got this car with 76k on it and it now is close to hitting 200k and is showing no signs of giving up. I do have the '14 LT model. I have, however, followed the maintenance schedule included the necessary tune-ups, transmission flushes, oil changes, and part replacements. There is nothing that has been replaced that is not surprising considering how many miles have been put on the car. The car has not disappointed me and has run as expected. It has also been run all over New England and a good portion of the East Coast and through most terrains. It has handled just as well in the rough Northern NY winters as it does in the summers. I would gladly buy this car again.

Let me begin by saying I have been looking for this dream car of mine for 2 years now, after countless hours with countless different dealerships, I finally found what I was looking for... a gorgeous gray metallic Genesis G80 Sport AWD V6 3.3L Turbo...365HP Luxury Sedan, CPO, Certified Pre Owned Genesis, heads up display, front, rear and side mirror cameras, Android auto, the works! Took months of dealing with dealerships, and the Salesman that helped me at Algonquin was so patient with me... You can't find these in my side of the country, they're all in the East coast, I was an out of state buyer from Colorado and tons of dealerships and their salesmen wrote me off but not this one, many not taking me seriously... but Casey from Algonquin Hyundai was the hero I needed... Even after times when the deal fell through, he would follow up with me, making sure he was still there to help me with this purchase... finally after a couple months and all the stars lined up, it was time to make the purchase, and Casey's steadfast dedication to make sure I was taken care of paid off. I literally bought the car, without even seeing it, just from pictures, from Colorado, then flew out to pick it up. They FedEx'ed me the paperwork, I signed it, sent it back then flew out to Chicago to pick it up and drove it back. Not only that, Casey himself picked me up at the airport and drove me back to the dealership 1 hour away! Talk about Genesis customer service! What do you expect when a luxury fully loaded 2022 4 door sedan goes for 58k when it's new you're buying primo goods... and mine was a 2018! I had a 2017 Cruze manual and loved it. A careless driver rear ended me and sent me into another vehicle; totaled it. By the grace of Almighty God and a great GM design I walked away without a scratch. I went right out and bought my 2018. Dynamic Blue LT. Comfortable, zippy, easy driver, lots of toys. Great on long trips, HUGE trunk for travel gear, great gas mileage. Great 4 wheel disc brakes. I don't care for the auto-stop but I can get over that. It sits a bit low so my wife who had a stroke recently has a hard time getting out of the passenger side.

The plastic plate across the front of the car comes off and have had to replace it once and now can't afford to put a new one back on!!!! The car has less then 40,000 not bad for 2012 when I bought with 139 miles...LOL! Breaks need to be replaced and the interior of the car needs deep cleaning. I love my Cruze man!!!

I had a 2016 Cruze that I loved, but it was totaled last winter. I was broadsided on the driver's side and had minimal injuries thanks to the sturdy build of the car. I now have a 2019 Cruze. I love it! It's comfy and gets great gas mileage! I don't understand why they quit making them.

I used this car as a daily driver and bought it with 11,000 miles on the clock. These things are known for issues but with the proper maintenance you get a lot less of those it’s been a great car to me and hasn’t actually given me any of those issues so far. I love it.
