This 2026 Equinox has been great but I sure would have liked to have received an Owner's Manual with it. The dealer was not a good experience.

This is our third Equinox. A 2018,2022 and now 2026. The car is reliable and high tech. only complaint in 2026 the stereo is not the same as the Bose system. Outside of that we love the car.

Tested 5 cars. Equinox had the best ride and was the best value. The exterior was great and all of the interior updates was amazing. Toyota was close but equinox ride and extras were superior.

We received outstanding customer service from Luis Arredondo when buying a 2023 Chevy Bolt, which I am very content with and enjoy driving. The price was reasonable. Luis was always responsive to our inquiries and focused on our needs. I also really appreciate their Sunday sales hours. Service was great in reprinting the key.

My last car was a 2020 Equinox. Totally enjoyed owning it. Looked at the ‘26. The new redesign is great looking. Both inside and out. The controls are easily accessible. Easy to the touch. Infotainment system is top notch. No obstructed views while driving. Ride very smooth and handling very responsive. Very quiet. Seating is extremely comfortable and very spacious interior. Would definitely recommend!!

I have been looking off and on for a Tahoe for about 8-9 months. I kept looking online and noticed you had a couple on your lot. I was going back and forth from the Premier and RST. Ian Gustin ( sales consultant ) took me out to test drive both of them. In the end, the RST was the one I ended up going with. Ian was very patient with me, went over the features of both vehicles and explained everything to me. I'd definitely refer him to anyone looking for a vehicle at Pohanka Chevrolet.

He set me up with courtesy delivery in Colorado and made everything as easy as possible for me. Made the whole process as quick & easy as possible. We live 2hrs away from dealer location & I had been exhaustively car searching & kept going back to a specific vehicle at Auto Nation. The deal felt too good to pass up. I work full time & have small children, so I am not the best at communicating especially over the phone. They were patient with me communicating with me over text & always responded quickly. I did shop around for financing options but with a quick online form & a super brief phone call, they took care of my financing at a good rate.. maybe not the best, but frankly the convenience of it all was worth it. We last minute headed to the dealer (with our small kids) late afternoon & did not arrive until a little after 6pm (they closed at 7pm). The vehicle was pulled up front & ready to test drive, instantly loved it. I never felt rushed even though we ended up being there until after they closed. The physical location was very clean, my kids made themselves right at home. Everyone we had interactions with was very friendly & helpful. They made things at quick as possible, we sealed the deal & off we went!

Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself. Took awhile for part to come in especially during Christmas I finally got my cat back the Friday after Christmas, running well now but was expensive
