I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.

I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. Great value with lots of standard features. Even though others in this class state low price online, I was unable to find those prices in our market. The equinox was about 4k less for the same features as Honda or Toyota or Kia or Ford.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

After my car came from the body shop, it was spotless inside and out. Will be looking for a new car in the spring and I will be going to Bergstroms we have always got our cars from Bergstroms.

this is my 3rd Equinox. I drove the prior 2 about 90,000 miles and had no repairs - very reliable. I have 25000 on this one - no problems - a comfortable drive. 30-32mpg on a trip and 26mpg around town. mine has heated seats and dual climate controls/ both work well

At first we were looking at the Trailblazer. Then we saw the Equinox on the lot, and we took it for a test drive. Once we were inside my wife said this is it. The vehicle was very comfortable, roomy and had very good performance. We've had this vehicle for over a year, we have drove it to Los Angeles twice from San Francisco and the gas mileage is phenomenal. I can go from San Francisco to LA on one tank of gas. In San Francisco, the hill assist is very useful. I am pleased with my vehicle and expect to use it for the next 10 years.

Purchased brand new 10/22/22 Malcom Cunningham Augusta Ga. Shot out Travis. On my 2 car’s Equinox & Malibu 22. I love my Equinox LT blue metallic color. Great on gas. Love the app & key fob for remote start. I have everything but. Heated steering wheel, leather seats & I’m ok with that. I get a lot of compliments about how nice the cars are. I gave the Malibu to my 36 yr old son and he loves it. No problem with it. My equinox when it’s really cold in Ga. It will malfunction with some features. Long story short. I looked at recalls and it’s quite a few. But nothing about features messing up.

Today, April 19th, 2023, I took both of our family cars to Bergstrom Auto-Oshkosh on Washburn. First vehicle a 2020 Chey Equinox and second vehicle a 2007 Toyota Camry. I'd like to compliment Jacob Durant who worked with me on the Equinox oil change, etc. Second individual for '07 Camry was Partrick Fitzsimmons. Both servce consultants outstanding!!! I previously owned a Chevy Trax, which was fine when I received the vehicle. The blessing it was, sustained me for what was pertinent; now, I have been blessed with more responsibility; said responsibility warrants a bigger vehicle. This vehicle is perfect for my family of four; my mother's wheelchair fits perfectly in the trunk, and there's still room for my nine year old daughter, my mother, and my sister. I love my Chevy Equinox. It's so much easier to shift than my previous 2024 GMC. I hated having to reach over to pull levers in the middle of the GMC. My new car shift lever is right in front of my eyes and so much safer. I love the "real" rearview mirror. It took a little time to get used to it, but it helps so much to see everything near and far. The adaptive cruise works great. I don't have to step on the brake and re-set whenever the vehicle in front of me slows. One doesn't realize how nice that is until you're on the highway for any length of time. I think a woman must have designed this vehicle! No wonder it's perfect!

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

I've had one major issue with this car and it's concerning an air conditioning drain hose. I've had to have it drained and unclogged twice in 5 years. It has spilled water all over my floorboards and shorted out my radio and to me that is a design flaw in the car. I've never had any other car do that to me

I owned a 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500 for 23 years. I loved my truck and had no plans to replace it until a catastrophic experience. I am now leasing a 2024 Chevy Equinox from Sapaugh Motors and I am deeply and madly in love with it! It is comfortable, convenient and safe. After the terrible ice/snow storm on 2/16 I feel confident driving it because it did not even slip a tire traveling up my steep driveway. I could not be happier!!

We recently purchased a 2024 Ford Explorer ST at Gregg Young in Hortonville. We had been looking, test driving and shopping around for a few weeks. We went back to this dealership, as we had purchased with them years ago. Our experience was seamless, we love our Explorer!

After 4 years and 32K miles its been extremely reliable (tire sensor replaced), not a single rattle, and contrary to some replorts the 1.5L is more than adequate (cruse all day @ 80 MPH.

Salesman was knowledgeable...Price was ok. Warranty was not affordable or comprehensive. Everything was alright.

Glad I bought the premier model with all the “bells and whistles”. Suggests for improvement : Automatic folding side mirrors when parking Locking gas cap More staffing and customer friendly service for guaranteed warranty issues. (I was told 3 week wait for appointment followed by leaving the vehicle for another three weeks to check an engine light problem. Why couldn’t the service dept call me when ready instead of leaving the car for three weeks with no replacement vehicle?) The desk person suggested I take it elsewhere where the warranty wouldn’t be honored!
