Purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Imperial was so easy. They are only 10 minutes from my house and had at least a dozen Cherokee L's for me to look at. Our Sales Agent, Kelsey Legeny, knew all about the various models and features and let us test drive a few. She gave me a great price and even extended the factory warranty as a bonus. I paid on Saturday and picked my new car on Tuesday morning. They took care of all the RMV paperwork and worked with my insurance agent. I didn't have to do any of that. When I picked it up, it was detailed to showroom condition. Very happy customer!

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

Great value with lots of standard features. Even though others in this class state low price online, I was unable to find those prices in our market. The equinox was about 4k less for the same features as Honda or Toyota or Kia or Ford.

Great service very friendly and professional. No stress with test driving or even "talking numbers" it was a great experience and will go back there again.

this is my 3rd Equinox. I drove the prior 2 about 90,000 miles and had no repairs - very reliable. I have 25000 on this one - no problems - a comfortable drive. 30-32mpg on a trip and 26mpg around town. mine has heated seats and dual climate controls/ both work well

At first we were looking at the Trailblazer. Then we saw the Equinox on the lot, and we took it for a test drive. Once we were inside my wife said this is it. The vehicle was very comfortable, roomy and had very good performance. We've had this vehicle for over a year, we have drove it to Los Angeles twice from San Francisco and the gas mileage is phenomenal. I can go from San Francisco to LA on one tank of gas. In San Francisco, the hill assist is very useful. I am pleased with my vehicle and expect to use it for the next 10 years.

I owned a 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500 for 23 years. I loved my truck and had no plans to replace it until a catastrophic experience. I am now leasing a 2024 Chevy Equinox from Sapaugh Motors and I am deeply and madly in love with it! It is comfortable, convenient and safe. After the terrible ice/snow storm on 2/16 I feel confident driving it because it did not even slip a tire traveling up my steep driveway. I could not be happier!!

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

I did as much research as I could on the 2026 EQUINOX. I made some online enquires and got phone calls from many different Chevy dealers. Then it took days before they would get back to me and some not at all. I got a call from Tony Dillberg. I told him I was waiting on some information from other dealers. He told me he was willing to be aggressive to earn my business. I explained that my time was limited and can we do the negotiating over the phone. He asked if I had a trade and told him yes, but couldn't make it over for a few days. He said no problem we can send someone to your home and take care of that. And he did. We came to terms on a deal. After that was settled I asked how soon I can pick up my new vehicle. I explained that it was a surprise for my wife and was picking her up from the hospital the next day and wanted the WOW factor when doing so. This was at 2:00 PM in the after noon. He told me I can pick it up by 7:00 PM that evening. SOLD. When I arrived he introduced me to Paul Deleon and he took it from there. Paul was knowledgeable with all the questions that I had and a pleasure to work with, he went over all of the paper work and formalities and then got me familiar my new Equinox. Picking up my wife the next day and the look on her face seeing her new shiny new red Equinox was a surprise of a life time for her. I got the WOW factor, missioned accomplished. I just leased my fourth Equinox. That's probably the best recommendation I can give it. Very few problems and none that weren't taken care of right away.

I've had one major issue with this car and it's concerning an air conditioning drain hose. I've had to have it drained and unclogged twice in 5 years. It has spilled water all over my floorboards and shorted out my radio and to me that is a design flaw in the car. I've never had any other car do that to me

Purchased brand new 10/22/22 Malcom Cunningham Augusta Ga. Shot out Travis. On my 2 car’s Equinox & Malibu 22. I love my Equinox LT blue metallic color. Great on gas. Love the app & key fob for remote start. I have everything but. Heated steering wheel, leather seats & I’m ok with that. I get a lot of compliments about how nice the cars are. I gave the Malibu to my 36 yr old son and he loves it. No problem with it. My equinox when it’s really cold in Ga. It will malfunction with some features. Long story short. I looked at recalls and it’s quite a few. But nothing about features messing up.

Waiting room is small and not conducive to doing work while you wait. Fortunately, I didn't have to wait very long.

Nicely designed inside and out. Much mote cargo space than I thought it would have. It passed the road trip test too.. I have no complaints about it.

After 4 years and 32K miles its been extremely reliable (tire sensor replaced), not a single rattle, and contrary to some replorts the 1.5L is more than adequate (cruse all day @ 80 MPH.

Glad I bought the premier model with all the “bells and whistles”. Suggests for improvement : Automatic folding side mirrors when parking Locking gas cap More staffing and customer friendly service for guaranteed warranty issues. (I was told 3 week wait for appointment followed by leaving the vehicle for another three weeks to check an engine light problem. Why couldn’t the service dept call me when ready instead of leaving the car for three weeks with no replacement vehicle?) The desk person suggested I take it elsewhere where the warranty wouldn’t be honored!

My family and I were looking for a used car for my daughter, who was purchasing the vehicle all on her own! We found a car listed online at Wayland Automotive and came to check it out. We ended up purchasing from Rick, Elias, and Jeff, and couldn't be happier! They let us bring the car back to our own mechanic (a good 45 mins away), who checked it out, said it needed two things fixed, etc. We brought it back to Elias and team and they fixed both things free of charge. I bought this car because I needed a dependable SUV and have not been disappointed. Reminds me of my former BMW x3, but without the crazy upkeep costs. The Panoramic sunroof is great. Plenty of room for my weekend toys. A very satisfied customer. Drives like a dream, great gas milage. I like the Pumpkin color too!
