I even received an email at one point from their general manager, which I appreciated and took as a good sign. I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.

I came to Honda of Fort Myers to look at a vehicle and was kindly introduce to Travis. He truly was a wonderful salesman to work with. He took his time and povided great knowledge and support without putting pressure to buy. He made sure to walk me through the process best as possible. That being said. Other team members were not so great with the financial negotiation. At one point she literally almost talked me out of getting the vehicle. I felt like it was being interogated for my choice in getting the vehicle. I truly wanted to walk away but to Travis's credit and his great approach at handling customer service i decided to push through it. I have dealt with many car salesman and Travis truly is a major asset to Honda of Fort Myers. They received a sale all due to him and his guest service skills. This man deserves a raise or a manager position. He can definitely make the dealership grow in a positive way.

I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. For the most part, we love this car. We do have some small issues. But we will focus first on the positives. The car itself has very comfortable seats, plenty of time inside, lots of safety features, looks really good inside and out and the extra large sunroof that goes almost front to back of the car is incredible. The power lift gate at the back, is a great feature! The backup camera is large and clear! The warnings whole backing up, are fantastic! It drives like a car, not like a tank! Overall, it's a fantastic car! The disadvantages are that there is a shimmy/shake in the car as it is pulling a hill. When you are gaining on the car in front of you a little quicker than the car in front of you is moving, the collision warning lights lighting up and the alarms sounding, is terrifying and not cool. Not being able to turn off some of the warnings that pop up every time you crank the car without hitting the dismiss button are irritating. But for the most part we would buy another one in a heartbeat and love our car!

The 2025 Equinox is a good solid SUV. My only complaint is it has electronic problems. Every time I take it in the dealer says that no codes can be found? It starts by itself! The engine surges when you are stopped at a light or stop sign, in the past month it surges as you apply the breaks to stop. Happens randomly, You never know when it will happen. Compass has quite working, speed zone indicator has gone out and the message that tells you that your phone is in the charger has disappeared! Other than the above issues the 2025 Equinox is great. 😊

I love my Chevy Equinox. It's so much easier to shift than my previous 2024 GMC. I hated having to reach over to pull levers in the middle of the GMC. My new car shift lever is right in front of my eyes and so much safer. I love the "real" rearview mirror. It took a little time to get used to it, but it helps so much to see everything near and far. The adaptive cruise works great. I don't have to step on the brake and re-set whenever the vehicle in front of me slows. One doesn't realize how nice that is until you're on the highway for any length of time. I think a woman must have designed this vehicle! No wonder it's perfect!

I owned a 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500 for 23 years. I loved my truck and had no plans to replace it until a catastrophic experience. I am now leasing a 2024 Chevy Equinox from Sapaugh Motors and I am deeply and madly in love with it! It is comfortable, convenient and safe. After the terrible ice/snow storm on 2/16 I feel confident driving it because it did not even slip a tire traveling up my steep driveway. I could not be happier!!

They reached out right away after my online inquiry into the '17 Lexus NX. Unfortunately there was no delivery service and this would be costly from Ft. Meyers to Las Cruces, NM. Nonetheless the rep was very forthright with the car info and felt no hard selling on their end. Always appreciated when your not there in person to make personal contact.

I have a 2024 Equinox RS model and it’s very comfortable and on the 2024 model it has all the latest safety features which I like. The RS model has a great red accented interior and also has a Bose 7 speaker system that sounds great, the new Lakeside Blue metallic color for 2024 is super nice.

All AutoNation are not the same. I been buying high end cars all of my life including Porsche, Mercedes, BMW. I sold my Audi and needed a car so i went to AutoNation, The car I found was at AutoNation MB Orlando. It was a one owner MB S550 27K miles all service records. I called the MB Dealer to see if the car was available spoke to Brian Alburtus to ask about the condition of the car because it was not certified. I asked him if he could left me know the condition of the car {scratches dents curb rash ect}. His response was" of course it will have (scratches minor dents and curb rash we price it so we don't have to deal with it". This was so odd it insulted me. I called back felt a message for GM no return call. I called THIRD time spoke to used car Manager Herb he went to look at car said it was clean. . I then contact AutoNation Ft Myers to see if they could move the car down to FT Myers. Here the complete opposite experience I spoke to Hunter he said he Spoke to GM Tony and the decided to move the car into there inventory i put down a 1000 deposit. "come and see if you like it" I did come and see and bought the car. Talk about a complete different experience they were concerned about me and my needs. When the day came to pick up the car, I felt right at home all the nervous tension that come from talking to AutoNation MB Orlando was gone. I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. I love this vehicle I had a 2019 and recently upgraded to this model and Chevy didn’t disappoint although there was some features I forgot to mention to my salesperson and that was my fault but overall this is a smooth ride over the road which is why I love it!!

As the an owner of the new 2025 Chevrolet Equinox Lt. in Cactus Green I am very happy with everything so far...Adaptive Cruise works so well..I was skeptical about it at first until I got on the expressway set at 65 and 3 car spaceing right on with the vehicle ahead when locked on,,,bigger inside then the older Equinox vehicles I have had in the past,,,very comfortable ride..I think you will be happy with new styling..all the bells and whistles I need right in the base model...Enjoy yor new ride!!!

I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

We bought 2017 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder. Pre owned with about 59k miles. It’s over 110k and we’ve had the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter replaced. Also 1 tire sensor. We’ve put the 2nd set of tires on the car yesterday. Always Michelin as recommended and brake shoes. I just have to say I still love my car. It’s paid for and I’ll drive her as long as I can.

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.
