It was by far the best experience of purchasing an automobile I’ve ever had. Very courteous and helpful. I actually went to GMC dealers in Va. and NC and they couldn’t help me get the SUV I wanted. Went to Cars.com and submitted 3 notice of interest to 3 different dealers and Zeigler responded within 5 minutes. No haggling and gave me a more than fair quote. I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

This review is about their buying process, not their sales. (I live >100 miles away, so I've never had to come this far to buy a car.) After my Ford Fusion Energi PHEV came off lease, I bought it out and resold it to CarMax. Their online assessment process was fair and painless, and they offered me a pretty good price for me car. But that was an estimate, not an offer. I drove my car all the way here expecting to be haggled to death and get a reduced offer, but--it didn't happen. They examined the car and paid me the original offered amount with no dickering at all. It was a pleasant surprise. Fast-forward to today; now I've got a nice Ford Escape PHEV. They gave a nice estimate when I checked online, so I bought out my lease and I need to get the car over here to sell it to them. I'm hoping history will repeat itself.

I bought my Equinox new off the lot in 2015 to be my winter driving car. I’ve had it for 10 years, and have driven it 60 miles round-trip in some of the worst winter weather in the lower 48 states. The Equinox held the road well on ice, in slush, and in deep snow on days that I was on the road before the snow plows. It has always been reliable and has never left me stranded. I’ve had no major issues in over 107,000 miles. I appreciate the cargo space which is much better than the newer models. I regularly recommend Equinoxes to my friends and family.

I owned a 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500 for 23 years. I loved my truck and had no plans to replace it until a catastrophic experience. I am now leasing a 2024 Chevy Equinox from Sapaugh Motors and I am deeply and madly in love with it! It is comfortable, convenient and safe. After the terrible ice/snow storm on 2/16 I feel confident driving it because it did not even slip a tire traveling up my steep driveway. I could not be happier!!

I have a 2024 Equinox RS model and it’s very comfortable and on the 2024 model it has all the latest safety features which I like. The RS model has a great red accented interior and also has a Bose 7 speaker system that sounds great, the new Lakeside Blue metallic color for 2024 is super nice.

Had a very positive experience buying a 2015 Subaru from Icon. Found a car of interest on Cars.com on a weekend night, messaged Icon through that website, and got a response from them first thing in the morning on Monday. The car I liked was still available, so I scheduled a test drive, and Jennifer worked up some good financing options in the meantime. A couple days later, my son and I test drove the car, loved it, and took it home that afternoon. Their inventory was excellent - definitely my taste - so had this car not been available, we would likely have test drove another. Jennifer and Nacole answered all my questions (and I ask a lot) and were friendly and pleasant to work with, and them and the folks behind the scenes made the whole thing a quick and enjoyable experience. this is my 3rd Equinox. I drove the prior 2 about 90,000 miles and had no repairs - very reliable. I have 25000 on this one - no problems - a comfortable drive. 30-32mpg on a trip and 26mpg around town. mine has heated seats and dual climate controls/ both work well

This dealership is so much better than others. They do NOT get pushy like some others do. We bought a van and they went over it carefully and even replaced a taillight that had a hole in it, that we didn’t see. They are very good at replacing what was needed. Our salesman Mike E. was so nice. This is the second vehicle that we have bought from them.

I've been driving this car for nearly two years, have added 38k miles on it so far, and am now pushing 95K everything's been great, I haven't had any reliability issues, and everything is running smoothly. However, the gas mileage is nowhere near their claims, granted to don't drive conservatively but I'm getting anywhere from 19-22 mpg. Great car overall, especially for the price.

I have to dismiss all the bad jokes about used car salesmen. I met an extraordinary salesman, Joe Murphy, at Paris Motors, Inc., who proved the jokes wrong. I was in the market for a van and hoped on getting something affordable and soon for a trip out of town. Another dealer had one lined up, but it was sold before I could get to the shop - stuff happens. So back to Carfax and found one with less miles in Grand Rapids. I contacted Paris Motors and spoke with Mr. Murphy. The van was available. I went through credit approval, got it, then on to my AAA agent for insurance, got it, then made the one-hour drive to Grand Rapids and met with Joe. We talked, saw the van, gave a test drive, and my wife and I signed the paperwork. All this within 24 hours! Mr. Murphy was efficient, personable, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I have never before purchased a vehicle with such ease in my life (and I'm not young). WOW - I can highly recommend Paris Motors, Inc. as a dealer of care and quality, and kudos to Joe Murphy.

Nicely designed inside and out. Much mote cargo space than I thought it would have. It passed the road trip test too.. I have no complaints about it.

The car is a good gas saver however the performance is a little off. The system as far as coils or tune up will go out without warning . Also the tire sensors are off

I owned this car for 10 years (2013 purchased in 2012). Spent less than $3k in repairs over those 10 years. With regular oil changes and good tires reached 135k miles comfortably and quietly. Buying a new Equinox looking forward to another 10+ years

Fantastic experience. Luis did a fantastic job showing me the car I was interested In. If your looking for a hassle-free honest locally owned dealership this is for you. I was able to get my new car at a good price and it runs like a dream. My prior car needed some work due to the door being dented In. They offered me a really fair trade-in price. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me and they felt like honest friends to me. I will be continuing to use Jon and son's auto sales for future cars.

I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.
