After having signed up for alerts for a 1999 Jeep Wrangler over a year ago . I was alerted that this dealership had taken one in on trade. I actually was able to speak to the dealership owner on the phone and purchased it without even looking at it. It was exactly what I had been waiting for plus it was only 30 minutes away. I found the sales people actually loved their jobs and it was like dealing with friends. Truly not what I would have ever expected. It proved to be a fun experience .

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

Drove a 2008 corvette, and found it needed a new part for the cruise control. Very professional, however slow in getting part in and functioning properly. Would recommend Dominion any time.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. this is my 3rd Equinox. I drove the prior 2 about 90,000 miles and had no repairs - very reliable. I have 25000 on this one - no problems - a comfortable drive. 30-32mpg on a trip and 26mpg around town. mine has heated seats and dual climate controls/ both work well

I received an oil and filter change, and a tire rotation for a 2018 GMC Acadia. This car has approximately 120,000 miles on it.

I previously owned a Chevy Trax, which was fine when I received the vehicle. OLD-FASHIONED WE REALLY CARE ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS SERVICE: I want to give a shout out today to Walt Sicard Car Company (South Haven) and Ridley?s Automotive repair (Pullman.). On New Year?s Day Gene and I found ourselves in South Haven with rapidly failing truck brakes. As we drove around trying to find a repair business that was open we found ourselves getting more and more desperate as the grinding and vehicle shaking increased. No one was open. Finally we headed toward home (quite afraid we would not make it and be stranded on the side of the roadway in the cold and snow) and when we saw the ?open? sign at Ridley?s Automotive Repairs on 109th St. near our Pullman home. We pulled in. Mr. Ridley scheduled our repair for the following day and gave us a ride home. When I spoke to Walt Sicard the following day, I explained the situation and that we had had our brakes, calipers and shoes replaced at The Sicard Service Center on 1-4-16, not yet meeting the one year warranty. Walt listened carefully and took it from there. He spoke to Mr. Ridley and they worked out the situation to our satisfaction. Walt made this situation right in the old fashioned way that businesses used to do years ago when customer service was a priority and your customers were the number one importance. We bought our used Subaru at Walt Sicard's Car Company a little over a year ago and have been 100 % satisfied. We have been buying our tires and getting our truck repairs done at the Sicard?s Service Center this past year and with the exception of these failing brakes (due I am sure to a failure in the equipment) we have been 100% satisfied. We could not be more please at how we have been consistently treated by Walt Sicard. I highly recommend his employees, his auto center and his service center. You will not be sorry?we are definitely not sorry we do business with him. Thank you Walt!!

At first we were looking at the Trailblazer. Then we saw the Equinox on the lot, and we took it for a test drive. Once we were inside my wife said this is it. The vehicle was very comfortable, roomy and had very good performance. We've had this vehicle for over a year, we have drove it to Los Angeles twice from San Francisco and the gas mileage is phenomenal. I can go from San Francisco to LA on one tank of gas. In San Francisco, the hill assist is very useful. I am pleased with my vehicle and expect to use it for the next 10 years.

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

I bought my Equinox new off the lot in 2015 to be my winter driving car. I’ve had it for 10 years, and have driven it 60 miles round-trip in some of the worst winter weather in the lower 48 states. The Equinox held the road well on ice, in slush, and in deep snow on days that I was on the road before the snow plows. It has always been reliable and has never left me stranded. I’ve had no major issues in over 107,000 miles. I appreciate the cargo space which is much better than the newer models. I regularly recommend Equinoxes to my friends and family.
