I love my Chevy Equinox. It's so much easier to shift than my previous 2024 GMC. I hated having to reach over to pull levers in the middle of the GMC. My new car shift lever is right in front of my eyes and so much safer. I love the "real" rearview mirror. It took a little time to get used to it, but it helps so much to see everything near and far. The adaptive cruise works great. I don't have to step on the brake and re-set whenever the vehicle in front of me slows. One doesn't realize how nice that is until you're on the highway for any length of time. I think a woman must have designed this vehicle! No wonder it's perfect!

I love this vehicle I had a 2019 and recently upgraded to this model and Chevy didn’t disappoint although there was some features I forgot to mention to my salesperson and that was my fault but overall this is a smooth ride over the road which is why I love it!!

I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

I had an issue with my 2021 Silverado, spoke to several employees and management, they ended up resolving my issue and took in my trade and offered and 2025 with discounts due to the situation at hand. Uri was amazing in the process of it all on going back and forth trying to get a resolution for me and closing the deal and making sure I had what I needed this time around, Jeff as well was great on assisting and bringing down the truck for me to see before I purchase due to my crazy busy schedule. As the an owner of the new 2025 Chevrolet Equinox Lt. in Cactus Green I am very happy with everything so far...Adaptive Cruise works so well..I was skeptical about it at first until I got on the expressway set at 65 and 3 car spaceing right on with the vehicle ahead when locked on,,,bigger inside then the older Equinox vehicles I have had in the past,,,very comfortable ride..I think you will be happy with new styling..all the bells and whistles I need right in the base model...Enjoy yor new ride!!!

I owned a 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500 for 23 years. I loved my truck and had no plans to replace it until a catastrophic experience. I am now leasing a 2024 Chevy Equinox from Sapaugh Motors and I am deeply and madly in love with it! It is comfortable, convenient and safe. After the terrible ice/snow storm on 2/16 I feel confident driving it because it did not even slip a tire traveling up my steep driveway. I could not be happier!!

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

Vehicle was exactly as advertised, no pressure sale. Zach Harper took great care of us and addressed our questions effectively. They offered all the extras in an easy to understand format explaining the pros and cons then let us make the decisions that worked best for us. 10/10

For the most part, we love this car. We do have some small issues. But we will focus first on the positives. The car itself has very comfortable seats, plenty of time inside, lots of safety features, looks really good inside and out and the extra large sunroof that goes almost front to back of the car is incredible. The power lift gate at the back, is a great feature! The backup camera is large and clear! The warnings whole backing up, are fantastic! It drives like a car, not like a tank! Overall, it's a fantastic car! The disadvantages are that there is a shimmy/shake in the car as it is pulling a hill. When you are gaining on the car in front of you a little quicker than the car in front of you is moving, the collision warning lights lighting up and the alarms sounding, is terrifying and not cool. Not being able to turn off some of the warnings that pop up every time you crank the car without hitting the dismiss button are irritating. But for the most part we would buy another one in a heartbeat and love our car!

I never had to step foot in to Felix Chevrolet, which is one reason why I gave Felix 5 stars. This was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever made in my life. Everything was done over email including Docusign, credit check, getting the appropriate terms needed to do the deal at all. Once all set and done, our sales guy Jonathon drove over an hour to us during traffic time to deliver the car to us with a red bow that I asked for so we could surprise our son and get photos of him with his new truck. After owning Subarus for quite a few years, then switching to Honda CRV‘s for a few years , finally my last car was a 2020 Toyota RAV4 hybrid limited. I have to say that the 2025 Chevy Equinox activ is one of the best vehicles I’ve had. I had read that the 1.5 didn’t have enough power and I don’t get that because I have plenty of power. I also have learned how to get the radio to sound better which is equally put the base and the treble to the right, almost all the way and it sounds decent. It’s taking me a little while here to really appreciate how nice of a Vehicle this is, but every time I drive it I am falling more in love with it. Chevrolet needed to step up their game in order to keep competing and I think they did a good job. I definitely recommend this Equinox.

I love the looks and interior of the suv. The ride is good, but I have found the seats uncomfortable for long drives. A little underpowered at take off for me, but once going the acceleration is good. There is a noted issue with fuel injectors. My check engine light came on around 2000 miles. At 5000 miles Im still waiting for the repair. The speakers have alot to be desired, but I have finally gotten accustomed to the sound quality. All said, I would still recommend the suv.

I have a 2024 Equinox RS model and it’s very comfortable and on the 2024 model it has all the latest safety features which I like. The RS model has a great red accented interior and also has a Bose 7 speaker system that sounds great, the new Lakeside Blue metallic color for 2024 is super nice.

Dealer incentives and Ford's incentives made shopping here a better choice. To get the deal I needed. Prices were a bit better than other dealers.

I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. Just a side note that you may want to pay more attention to the beverage corner - always run out of ice water and coffee machine is out of service (too many customers?)

this is my 3rd Equinox. I drove the prior 2 about 90,000 miles and had no repairs - very reliable. I have 25000 on this one - no problems - a comfortable drive. 30-32mpg on a trip and 26mpg around town. mine has heated seats and dual climate controls/ both work well
