This is the 4th car we have bought from Clinton and the thing I like most about Clinton is I know he is not goi g to try and feed me a line just to make a sale. He’s is honest & upfront. He is an all around great guy and an excellent car salesman because he truly cares about his customers. He posted the Renegade on Facebook & I jokingly said I’d trade him a Hyundai for it. He took me serious and he made it happen, even though it hasn’t quite been a year since I bought the Hyundai from him. He knew I wasn’t happy with that Hyundai Kona, because when I bought, I just settled. Yes, my car payment is a little higher, but now I’m driving a vehicle I truly love, and I didn’t even have to test drive it! Everyone at WAC was so nice and helpful! This is our 3rd Jeep from them and I’ve always been treated like I matter and not just like another sale. And I love that they play Contemporary Christian music. I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. I hope he sells, sells, sells until all realize he is a role model. Shout out to Adam who answered my million questions!

A truly great auto buying experience. I pass Two Jeep dealers, one about a mile from my house, to get to Mt. Orab CDJR - Totally worth it. I shopped them both and Mt. Orab was the only one interested in getting me the Jeep I wanted. Great people who treat you Right!

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

I've been driving this car for nearly two years, have added 38k miles on it so far, and am now pushing 95K everything's been great, I haven't had any reliability issues, and everything is running smoothly. However, the gas mileage is nowhere near their claims, granted to don't drive conservatively but I'm getting anywhere from 19-22 mpg. Great car overall, especially for the price.

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

Love the service department which I then investigated the price on the loaner and was very happy with the process and no pressure to buy

We purchased this car used from Hurd Auto Mall in Johnston, RI, with 1yr warranty. Unfortunately within 1 week of purchase we noticed driver door wasn't properly installed. Dealer refused to fix it. Will never go back to that dealership

The blessing it was, sustained me for what was pertinent; now, I have been blessed with more responsibility; said responsibility warrants a bigger vehicle. This vehicle is perfect for my family of four; my mother's wheelchair fits perfectly in the trunk, and there's still room for my nine year old daughter, my mother, and my sister. This vehicle was purchased online. I live several hours away. Best buying experience I've ever had. Purchased many new vehicles including several Cadillacs but never had this experience. When ready to purchase again will have a look at this dealership for sure.

this is my 3rd Equinox. I drove the prior 2 about 90,000 miles and had no repairs - very reliable. I have 25000 on this one - no problems - a comfortable drive. 30-32mpg on a trip and 26mpg around town. mine has heated seats and dual climate controls/ both work well

In all my years of buying used cars Best Buy Motors is the number one place to buy a car. He's down to earth. Treats you like family. Save us a ton of money. We have a low monthly payment. We even have a warranty on our car. Even after the sale, he found a way to save us more money and calls us when we went back and redone things and come out way ahead. I bought my 2012 Equinox used, with 30,000 miles. I was able to get 201,000 before trading. Lots of little mechanical issues and replacing parts after 150,000. AC stopped blowing out of vents... that is a $900 fix. But engine overall was good and she never needed a transmission!

The car is a good gas saver however the performance is a little off. The system as far as coils or tune up will go out without warning . Also the tire sensors are off
