I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

Courteous, employees, and wonderful service was done here. Very clean waiting area. Quick work was also done, and the employee seem to know exactly what he was talking about!

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

I like the dealership because of different types and miles and the price’s are very reasonable! Signing the paperwork at the end, obviously, but Matt was super nice and I feel like I interpreted a lot with a 100 questions and Matt was never annoyed or when is the guy gonna ever shut up, just a relaxing experience and attitude, which made me very comfortable and more understanding about everything, with Matt assisting in the process. But I really give the five star rating!to Mike Miller he’s the man after three hours trying different ideas to put something together for me, I said that I’m just wasting your time as well as my time and when I left I kinda look in Mike’s face that he was sorry we couldn’t get it to go through, and you could see he felt really bad for me but he would keep trying different banks and different things to help make a deal come together , after even three no’s my hope’s were gone, but Mike called me a few times while I was heading home with a couple of questions, so as I was parking at a store, Mike’s last call to me. Was the words that I couldn’t believe, I got you the car and went over a few things that I don’t remember what, but. He called me to talk about what I needed and to verify information to bank needed to finalize the start of the paperwork which is my sitting waiting to help me out , it was too your other 5 star person, Matt😃👍. But when I got that call from Mike I immediately asked him, in a “why” are calling me of all days, it was on his day off, wow this guy is on the ball. So overall it was all a five star experience and fifty percent of the experience was number 1 reason was MIKE and his positive energy and his patience with me, number two was Matt who was super friendly and also the answering of my many questions, So I am pleasantly very happy, not only for my newish car, which is mind blowing of it’s own awesomeness, and Mike and Matt are the other fifty percent was for them. This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.

I previously owned a Chevy Trax, which was fine when I received the vehicle. The blessing it was, sustained me for what was pertinent; now, I have been blessed with more responsibility; said responsibility warrants a bigger vehicle. This vehicle is perfect for my family of four; my mother's wheelchair fits perfectly in the trunk, and there's still room for my nine year old daughter, my mother, and my sister. I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

I've been driving this car for nearly two years, have added 38k miles on it so far, and am now pushing 95K everything's been great, I haven't had any reliability issues, and everything is running smoothly. However, the gas mileage is nowhere near their claims, granted to don't drive conservatively but I'm getting anywhere from 19-22 mpg. Great car overall, especially for the price.

I paid cash for a 2010 Nissan Altima and they made it super easy! There was no run around with 5 sales managers like normal dealerships...I even got to meet the owner "Reza".

We bought 2017 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder. Pre owned with about 59k miles. It’s over 110k and we’ve had the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter replaced. Also 1 tire sensor. We’ve put the 2nd set of tires on the car yesterday. Always Michelin as recommended and brake shoes. I just have to say I still love my car. It’s paid for and I’ll drive her as long as I can.

Great value with lots of standard features. Even though others in this class state low price online, I was unable to find those prices in our market. The equinox was about 4k less for the same features as Honda or Toyota or Kia or Ford.

I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. I hope he sells, sells, sells until all realize he is a role model. Shout out to Adam who answered my million questions!

My wife and I have had several Equinox`s over the past 15 years. They have great comfort and space and are priced well. Very satisfied !!

I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

I just leased my fourth Equinox. That's probably the best recommendation I can give it. Very few problems and none that weren't taken care of right away.

We purchased this car used from Hurd Auto Mall in Johnston, RI, with 1yr warranty. Unfortunately within 1 week of purchase we noticed driver door wasn't properly installed. Dealer refused to fix it. Will never go back to that dealership

The car is a good gas saver however the performance is a little off. The system as far as coils or tune up will go out without warning . Also the tire sensors are off

If you are looking for a car or anything nice carmax takes care of you..they will take any old car if you want to trade in they will beat any price from any other dealership you offer

15,000 miles when I bought it, and just got 96,000. Nothing except oil changes, brakes and tires. Going to replace spark plugs, vacuum pump, and battery before I hit 100,000 and I’ll be looking to put another 100,000 on it.

My Service Tech was Alex and he was fantastic. He kept me updated via phone call and text to let me know the status of my issue and repair. When I needed the shuttle to get back to my house or back to Serra he made sure to have it available. From those shuttle rides I got to meet and chat with Mr. Harold and Mr. Archie. They were both the kindest men and I enjoyed my short rides getting to know them. They also drive very safely!

I owned a 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500 for 23 years. I loved my truck and had no plans to replace it until a catastrophic experience. I am now leasing a 2024 Chevy Equinox from Sapaugh Motors and I am deeply and madly in love with it! It is comfortable, convenient and safe. After the terrible ice/snow storm on 2/16 I feel confident driving it because it did not even slip a tire traveling up my steep driveway. I could not be happier!!

I love the car, however, the maintenance team I had to work on the car was one star. I had my car serviced for an oil change for its 3 months change which was fine, but they wanted to charge $25 for wiper blades. lol I told them I was not going to pay and I had to see the guy who sold me the car and told no wiper blade last longer than 4 months. lol The car sheet said it came with NEW wiper blades. I had to do all the leg work and they didn't talk to the guys that sell the cars or any people on the other side. Why do they even have a "service center?"
