Excellent car of the year , affordable EV , love it, small spacious car , interior looks good , suspension is fat better than Tesla , strongly recommended this car.

We returned our leased 2022 Bolt EUV and leased a 2025 Equinox. My wife really wanted the new 2026 Bolt but it wasn’t available yet. I love the bigger feel and roominess of the Equinox, but admit its size makes parking more challenging. Quiet and smooth ride on standard 19” wheels and higher profile Michelins. Really nothing negative to say about the Equinix, other than a bit of a learning curve with some aspects of the tech stuff. Chevy has done an excellent job of providing both great cars with the best pricing. For the practical person it’s a no brained. Oh and the range is awesome at 350+/- miles!!!

I was visiting the area for an extended weekend 800 miles from home, when on Friday evening the dash showed a check engine light, the information center warned about a transmission issue. First thing Saturday morning I called Biggers, and spoke with Mike, the service manager, who said they were booked up, but would be willing to check the diagnostic trouble codes. I arrived at Biggers, and noticed that the repair shop was very large, busy, clean, and well organized. The assistant service manager, also named Mike, checked the codes, showing issues with the transmission. He conferred with their transmission technician, who advised to either leave or tow the car, as there could be potential for a catastrophic failure. While we were waiting for a rental car, Mike came out to say that he'd found a Technical Service Bulletin describing the problem with the recommended fix being to load new software on the transmission control module. I agreed to go ahead; they did the recommended service, and 45 minutes later the car was back on the road. In the 1000 miles I've driven since, the car has been perfect. I really appreciate Mike going out of his way to fit in a stranded out-of-towner for an emergency repair on a busy Saturday morning. If I were local, I'd definitely be back for future service work.

Buy it! For the price, for the incentives, for the ride, for the tech and for the economy of driving a full EV. We have a 2024 and can't say enough good things about it!

Since moving out to the NW area we have been going to Bigger Chevrolet for service. We only had an issue one time and it was handled immediately by the owner. For me that says a lot so I?ll be a constant customer. When ready to upgrade my vehicle this is where I?ll go because if you have a good service department and the owner responds to any issues, no matter how small then it?s an honest dealership worthy of my patronage. My wife purchased a 2024 Chevy Equinox EV LT2 last year and loved it. Since I too thought it was a terrific car and was thinking of trading in my Accord while it still had some value I decided to take the EV plunge myself. My beautiful black 2025 Chevy Equinox EV is the base model LT FWD with the $2,000 option packages ($1,455 Comfort Package and $545 Active Safety Package 2), which included everything I wanted and nothing I didn't, by far the best overall Equinox EV bang for the buck. Chevy can keep their power liftgate, interior mood lighting and self-dimming rear view mirror and I was happy to have kept my $8,300 in my pocket. The base models can be a bit challenging to come by but be patient, check around and see what your local dealerships can do for you. Mine was listed on my dealer's website as "In Transit" and they were nice enough to hold her for me. Another dealer had told me they were impossible to get and lost an easy sale because of it so don't be told the base models can't be had! She's comfortable, handles well, has plenty of power for everyday driving (it's an SUV, not a track car), is well built and generously appointed with a ton of worthwhile technology and standard features. The range is better than advertised and with a total of $14,500 in federal, state and manufacturer incentives on the table, snagging her was a no-brainer. The only negatives I've come across so far are the horrible reflection of the dashboard on the inside of the windshield (easily remedied by a pair of inexpensive polarized sunglasses) and no Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. I'm an Apple CarPlay guy but I have to say that for the most part I really haven't missed it. I paired my phone to the Google-powered infotainment system, logged into my Google account, approved a few "sync" options and so far haven't missed a beat. Navigation, phone calls, texts, even certain vehicle controls, all voice-based and working well. If CarPlay is the only thing keeping you from considering the Chevy Equinox EV then keep an open mind, take a test drive and see for yourself how much of a deal-breaker it is compared to your other EV options once your driven one. In less than two years, the Chevy Equinox EV has established a loyal, enthusiastic following (just check out the FB groups, online forums, etc.), a following that I'm happy to be a part of. It's nice to see a domestic automobile compare so well to the imports after residing in their shadows for so long.

I just had another great experience with Phillips Chevy. I have worked with Shawn Breish in the past, so I sought him out again to help me find the car I needed. As before, he listened to understand my family's needs, and we discussed costs and options. He was patient with us. We looked at vehicles, test-drove them, and then left to do our own research. That's right, we left with no hard push from their staff to seal the deal quickly. When we returned, Shawn worked with us to negotiate pricing, and we bought the car that we wanted and needed. The Finance rep, Michael, was efficient and answered related questions. This, in addition to the Service Dept, is why Phillips is usually our first and last stop.

The service experience with Biggers Chevrolet was excellent, as always, this time for a brake job. It took a little longer than expected because the replacement process was apparently more detailed since it was a Buick LaCrosse. However, the service staff kept me informed and out the door in a timely fashion. Even though my vehicle is not a Chevy, I come to Biggers for repairs/service due to the sales and service trust that has been built up over multiple decades. Thank you.
