Terry Kruse (service advisor)and the rest of the staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I had set an appointment and they did a great job of getting in and out in a timely manner. Terry showed me where the waiting room was and explained to me where the complimentary coffee and water was located. Terry also handed me a detailed report of what was done on this service. Very good and pleasant experience.

A light went on on the dashboard and I took it to the dealership to get it looked at. The service department called me the next day and said it would be $11,000 and the engine was no good. I was forced to buy a new car and my Chevy Cruz 2017 had only 54,000 miles on it.

Dropped my 2025 Traverse off at 9:00 AM and it was ready by 2:00 PM. Had OEM running boards installed and they look great. Needed a little boost for my wife to make it easier to enter the car. Works exactly like I had hoped. And as a bonus I used GM points to help pay the tab!

Great transparent sales process. The salesperson was responsive to all my communication but not overly. The sales manager was fair and willing to work toward a fair deal. The finance rep was not pushy with extras but did his job well and gave us options. Overall I got a great deal from AutoNation Chevrolet in Gilbert.

All went well. I had no problems. Brevin was a great salesperson and was a pleasure to work with during the entire process during and after.

Tyler Palmer is the best! Care & compassion, works for you. He's honest and there's excellent communication. We have bought 2 vehicles within months of each other from him. Tell him what you are looking for and he's on it. He's not pushy but the best thing is he listens and he's honest. This is the first time we have ever had a pleasant dealership experience!! We will always go to this dealership and deal with Tyler. We highly recommend both!

Purchasing was the easy part. The staff seemed very kind and were helpful. The issue came when we had a failure with one of the folding mirrors. The Ram 1500 we purchased was a certified vehicle with a 4000-mile 90-day warrantee. We were told that if there were any mechanical or electrical issues that they would stand by the contract and repair them. Also, we were told we could take it to any Dodge dealership for a new owner diagnostic test. We drove the car off the lot in Phoenix and went to San Diego. We experienced issues with the passenger folding mirror. It would make a loud clicking and not fold out completely with ease. Upon returning to Phoenix 2 weeks later, we took the Ram to a Dodge dealership in Phoenix, where we had made an appointment to have a diagnostic test run. What wasn't shared with us is that Autonation had its own testing facility where we wouldn't hace have had to pay. The cost was $215.00. The answer we received was 'not sure why you were told otherwise'. We were then sent to the Autonation Dodge where we ended up leaving the truck for a few days for the repair. During this time communication was not good with the service adviser we were assigned. One other thing concerning the communication, I received and email stating that the relationship with the dealership or better the salesman didn't end just because we were out the door and to communicate if there were any need or comment. I wrote back twice and received nothing in return. So, in short, the first part of the experience was very good and easy, the second half not so much.

Cannot say enough nice things about my service appointment... had a couple different issues with my vehicle and they were handled quickly with excellent communication, updates as soon as they were available, and most importantly it was finished on time! Worth the long drive from my house to pass by other dealerships just to take my car here.
