The car is a floating couch it’s so comfy! The tech is so cool and the big screen gets compliments all the time. Once you get use to its little quirks it’s an awesome car. I wish it charged a little quicker had better speakers and was a little more powerful but those three are fair trade offs for the value and comfort. Looks super cool too my nephew calls it a space car haha.. Good job Chevy!

I was visiting the area for an extended weekend 800 miles from home, when on Friday evening the dash showed a check engine light, the information center warned about a transmission issue. First thing Saturday morning I called Biggers, and spoke with Mike, the service manager, who said they were booked up, but would be willing to check the diagnostic trouble codes. I arrived at Biggers, and noticed that the repair shop was very large, busy, clean, and well organized. The assistant service manager, also named Mike, checked the codes, showing issues with the transmission. He conferred with their transmission technician, who advised to either leave or tow the car, as there could be potential for a catastrophic failure. While we were waiting for a rental car, Mike came out to say that he'd found a Technical Service Bulletin describing the problem with the recommended fix being to load new software on the transmission control module. I agreed to go ahead; they did the recommended service, and 45 minutes later the car was back on the road. In the 1000 miles I've driven since, the car has been perfect. I really appreciate Mike going out of his way to fit in a stranded out-of-towner for an emergency repair on a busy Saturday morning. If I were local, I'd definitely be back for future service work.

Excellent car of the year , affordable EV , love it, small spacious car , interior looks good , suspension is fat better than Tesla , strongly recommended this car.

Since moving out to the NW area we have been going to Bigger Chevrolet for service. We only had an issue one time and it was handled immediately by the owner. For me that says a lot so I?ll be a constant customer. When ready to upgrade my vehicle this is where I?ll go because if you have a good service department and the owner responds to any issues, no matter how small then it?s an honest dealership worthy of my patronage. We returned our leased 2022 Bolt EUV and leased a 2025 Equinox. My wife really wanted the new 2026 Bolt but it wasn’t available yet. I love the bigger feel and roominess of the Equinox, but admit its size makes parking more challenging. Quiet and smooth ride on standard 19” wheels and higher profile Michelins. Really nothing negative to say about the Equinix, other than a bit of a learning curve with some aspects of the tech stuff. Chevy has done an excellent job of providing both great cars with the best pricing. For the practical person it’s a no brained. Oh and the range is awesome at 350+/- miles!!!

The service experience with Biggers Chevrolet was excellent, as always, this time for a brake job. It took a little longer than expected because the replacement process was apparently more detailed since it was a Buick LaCrosse. However, the service staff kept me informed and out the door in a timely fashion. Even though my vehicle is not a Chevy, I come to Biggers for repairs/service due to the sales and service trust that has been built up over multiple decades. Thank you.
