I purchased a used Genesis GV70 Electrified and worked with Michael Baldwin. I knew the car I wanted and Michael was easy to work with. He let me check the car out at my own pace and didn't try to hype it. I contacted Michael over a week after the sale inquiring about title and he quickly got me the information. My experience with Michael has been fantastic. The only complaint I have is about the dealership adding a $695 fee for some cheesey paint and interior treatment that are either non existent or the most inferior products ever. I washed the car after getting home from a 2 day road trip and there is no hydrophobic property at all, no feel of a smoothness that one would expect if a paint treatment was actually applied. I have experience with numerous paint protection treatments and ceramic coatings and this was not worth $95 much less the ridiculous $695. For that money I expect to get something, go get a bottle of DIY Detail Quick Beads so there is at least an appearance of something useful on the paint.

The car is a floating couch it’s so comfy! The tech is so cool and the big screen gets compliments all the time. Once you get use to its little quirks it’s an awesome car. I wish it charged a little quicker had better speakers and was a little more powerful but those three are fair trade offs for the value and comfort. Looks super cool too my nephew calls it a space car haha.. Good job Chevy!

My Equinox EV has exceeded expectations. It is stylish, roomy and has more than enough power. Charging at home is a breeze and charging on the road takes time and good planning. I highly recommend recommend this car.

The Salesman was excellent. All good experience. Only negative was the car came in contrary to what we hoped for. Nothing to do with sales or dealership. So I love this car only bad thing is no Apple car play. I have the AWD and it feels so good in the snow has lots of room compared to the Bolt EUV and the range is wonderful.

I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer

Have a 25 LT base model. 8 months & 9K miles and it’s been a wonderful experience with zero issues! An incredible value as well…! Absolutely LOVE this vehicle…!!!

My husband and I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage. This is our second vehicle purchased from AutoMax Ocala. Both times we had great experiences and will continue to come back for future purchases. This time we purchased our vehicle through Noah. Communication with Noah was great through the whole process. It took us a few days to seal the deal and Noah was patient with us and did not put any pressure on us and was just there if he needed him. Pros: - lots of miles on a full charge; inexpensive to run. - excellent ride - fantastic take-off and acceleration, although you can run into intense torque steer. - Comfortable inside. Well insulated for noise. - Beautiful and large LED screen which is easy to use. Tilted toward the driver which is another plus. - The myChevrolet app is great for getting the car warmed up / cooled ahead of time. - Very attractive exterior - more so than the EV Blazer. - Good controls that allow you to select more specific conveniences, door lock features and the like. Cons: - Cheap interior with a lack of fit and finish. - No grab handle for the driver's side door. - Awful stereo system. The 2024 EV did not offer a Bose system option. The one included sounds like a transistor radio. - Severe dashboard glare on a sunny day. Very hard to see outside. - Brake and gas pedals are too high. A smart move would have been to make them adjustable. - The door handles are useless. They automatically open in regular weather but forget that idea if the car freezes over. The insides of the handles are slippery - no grip at all. - To turn the car off, you have to reach behind the steering wheel and press a little Power button on the screen. Why? - The bottom of the steering wheel where the bottom spoke meets the wheel has sharp plastic edges where you can easily scrape your hand if you like to hold the wheel at that position. - Takes longer to warm up than a gas car. - The center to window edge roll of the windshield wipers is just not necessary and they are awkward. It's not a bus for crying out loud. - Interior back hatch release button is hard to find and on the dash, rather than having it on the door. - the manual climate controls are hard to reach and difficult to figure out. - The wiper controls are on the left and are a bunch of mixed controls that make you fumble through the thing to figure out which item to turn on. Should have been kept on the right hand side.

Bought my car on a busy Saturday Luis P was helpful and efficient when I bought my Mazda.

We returned our leased 2022 Bolt EUV and leased a 2025 Equinox. My wife really wanted the new 2026 Bolt but it wasn’t available yet. I love the bigger feel and roominess of the Equinox, but admit its size makes parking more challenging. Quiet and smooth ride on standard 19” wheels and higher profile Michelins. Really nothing negative to say about the Equinix, other than a bit of a learning curve with some aspects of the tech stuff. Chevy has done an excellent job of providing both great cars with the best pricing. For the practical person it’s a no brained. Oh and the range is awesome at 350+/- miles!!!

I just wanted to thank Rob for getting me out of a difficult jamb. My battery was failing, which required multiple jumps, and Rob was able to get me into service immediately even though his schedule was quite full.
