I was having an electrical problem and he scanned my vehicle and located the problem. It was a screen and module that had gone bad. I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.
