I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Love the room and the power. Hate the bouncy, bumpy ride. With no drink holders.seatbelts for the very back seat would tighten scary tight around a small child.

Bo was super informative on our car purchase! There was a issue with the air conditioner fan and he made sure to get that taken care of before we left the lot! He went over all the paperwork and handled our tags, inspection and all the other small hassles when buying a car! The price was excellent for the car and it was clean and well maintained. I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.

Easy term financing with a bank, not to mention I didn’t have the best credit. Mike got me approved for the Passat I wanted and Kristi was great with insurance. Just purchased a Hyundai Elantra from here. I want anyone who is leery of reviews like I am, questioning if alot of 5 stars are just bots, to be reassured you will get a 5 star experience here. I've only ever had used cars, and even with this one being nine years old, it was the cleanest and closest to new condition that I've ever bought. The previous owner had made some aftermarket changes to the dash I hadn't realized while searching online. The team was able to work with me to accommodate my, perhaps, off center needs (i.e. I was looking for a car with a CD player lol). I want to give a big shout-out to Danny. Interest rates aren't great right now, and we went with the finance company that responded first. In the day waiting on the radio to be changed, they received a better quote on the interest rate than what I had signed and agreed to. He could have just let it be instead of dealing with the annoyance redoing the paperwork, and I wouldn't have blamed him. However, he wasn't concerned with that, which seems unheard of. I cannot imagine many other dealers, large or small, taking that extra time to make sure the customer is taken care of from all angles. The owner was real nice and cared about me getting the car I wanted, not just whatever he could sell. Chris was super patient and unbothered the times I called in checking on the status of the alterations. They have 2 super cute dogs you can pet while waiting on paperwork. I've never had a car purchase stand out like this, which is why I'm writing this review. Everyone here has an approach uncommon to any dealer I've been to. I can 100% recommend C3 without reservation or hesitation.

From the moment arriving at the Hiley Hyundai Dealership (Burleson), we were greeted with smiles and courtesy. I noticed the facility had been remodeled since my last vist; super nicely done. The process was seamless and clear which was indeed appreciated. Brad Fansler was our Sales Person/Manager during the process; very accommodating. Our vehicle purchase options was to our liking as we were intent with our preferences; again very pleased with the process. The finance process was clear, effortless, and prompt; quite please with that part of the process. Furthermore, the closing moments of the overall process proved to be the reason for our preference to shop for vehicles at this dealership; we've purchased three automobiles from this Hiley Dealership, and will continue to do so for these very reasons.

It is an excellent truck. The interior color and design is absolutely gorgeous. I really like the blue granite metallic exterior color. The slow motion tailgate is really nice. The gas mileage has been around 19-20 which is pretty good for a full-size truck.

Happy with our deal. Fast easy process. Chris was very friendly and helpful with our purchase. Nice clean facility and easy to find. Would buy from again.
