Due to a growing family, we were in desperate need of a larger vehicle. With the pandemic, vans were virtually impossible to find. He immediately stopped what he was doing, got it to the garage and between him, his service guy (sorry didn't catch his name, young guy with glasses) and Wilmer, they got it repaired!
