Not pushy, or aggressive selling but confident and gave us our space and let us make the decisions under no pressure. They gave us the time to decide and encouraged us to explore and research. I didn’t get this experience anywhere else. The buying experience was smooth and very nice and the sales person's Ray & Joe got us a good deal. This is a great place to buy a Mercedes. No high strung, bottom line aware aggressive pushers sales and service guys here. Just normal, knowledgeable, and regular people who know a lot about Mercedes. The car meet all my needs always wanted a car with a sunroof and leather seats so it meets all my desires. I enjoyed the test drive and the ride home was really comfortable, nice traction on road nice sounds very enjoyable ride.

I've owned Chevy Impala's for many years. Had one with a 3.9 motor that was running like new with 179,000 miles on it,till someone hit. Next one had a 3.5 motor and it ran amazing. But I been looking for a very very long time for this Impala and found one,so I grabbed it. The 3.5 I had before this one had 150,000 miles ran perfect. The one has the 3.6 motor. Hope it works out the same. Love it

I bought my 2011 Chevrolet impala ls in November of 2019 had 124k miles on it it now has 331k miles and the serpentine belt just broke it needs new gaskets and seals but it still runs

I bought my 2020 Premier in December, 2019. I have owned Impalas since 2000 and buy a new one every 3 years. They are reliable and comfortable and I love big cars. This one does not disappoint. I also have a 2018 Premier with 40K miles and it has no issues. Had to replace all 4 tires at 20K miles which I thought was premature. Other than that the car/s have performed perfectly. Too bad Chevy cut the brand. Now everyone is buying SUVs but I don't like them and would never buy one. Ditto for electric cars - they are not yet ready for prime time.
