I bought mine used. And the prior owner took care of this car. I love this car. I can fold down the rear seats. Yea, my fishing rods go there. GM always the topdog in there line of work.

I had an update on my Colorado that did not complete on its own. I showed an alert to bring to my dealership so that is what I did. Tony was my advisor he kept me up dated and allowed me to reserve a loaner in case there were any issues. Thankfully there was not and my vehicle was returned to me same day. It was a Great experience.

Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

Very dependable car and comfortable , we’ve had the car since 2010 and it still runs great. We did the obvious suspension shocks were worn out. Changed rack in pinion and a tune up but overall it’s been a great car. Car has 170.000 miles on it .

This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

I bought my 2020 Premier in December, 2019. I have owned Impalas since 2000 and buy a new one every 3 years. They are reliable and comfortable and I love big cars. This one does not disappoint. I also have a 2018 Premier with 40K miles and it has no issues. Had to replace all 4 tires at 20K miles which I thought was premature. Other than that the car/s have performed perfectly. Too bad Chevy cut the brand. Now everyone is buying SUVs but I don't like them and would never buy one. Ditto for electric cars - they are not yet ready for prime time.

They are super helpful beginning to end. Dave busted his butt to make sure I had the car I wanted and made sure I was satisfied with everything. He always asked me for any questions I had and he always had answers for me. He did everything on both ends with not only making sure I got the car but making sure I got approved for a loan to be able to get it. I got the key within just a few weeks. Him and 8-11 motor groups are fantastic. 8-11 actually makes you feel like you matter!

Love all the space and comfort of this car. Has good fuel prices economy and so far I haven’t had any mechanical issues. Bought it at 151k miles.

This is a great car but after 3 years I started having problems with the stability track, I would standing still at a light or making a turn and it would stall and even loose power, this is very frightening, I took it to the dealer who charged with $2000 to fix it and less that one year it is doing it again

Osman, the manager may I remind you....was cleaning my car, a 2012 Nissan Leaf before handing it over to me....I mean, if that is not the definition of leadership or commitment...I have NO earthly idea what is.... good luck finding that in other self-centered dealerships. Osman and Ali came in on Saturday to insure that I was taking care of. Even made sure that my purchase process met my requirements. FOR ALL OF YOU, let me elaborate. I was purchasing an EV (electric vehicle) with a budget under 10K and with less than 100 miles on the motor. In this case, it was an EV car under 10k with 58,000 miles, this is un heard of and good luck finding a dealership guaranteeing you a set of comfort when driving it out of the lot.....thats if your battery is not degraded...go youtube that xxxx. Well, Osman did, he literally cleaned my car, gave me some insurance for my peace of mind, and was completely professional throughout the process. I've owned over 15 cars within my lifespan (BMWs, Dodge SRT-10s, Toyotas, Subarus STIs, 150s.etc) with multiple of "Sub-Standard" experiences because of dealerships and vulture-like salesmen "cough cough, Ann Arbor!", but I never had a manager follow through with a reasonable price in an outrageously high car market demand. LA Trading is legit, speak to them in a transparent manner, tell them your expectations and budget. I am sure you will not complain. Do your research and youtube your vehicles. Its not that hard... The car meet all my needs always wanted a car with a sunroof and leather seats so it meets all my desires. I enjoyed the test drive and the ride home was really comfortable, nice traction on road nice sounds very enjoyable ride.

Well let's start with my Dad worked for GM 34 years. With 6 boys guess what company we went with. I bought my wife a used 08 Chevy Impala from a friend that owned a car lot. It had 90k miles on it. I got it for $1,500.00 a steal. She still have that car today and it has 248,365 miles on it now and believe it or not it runs the same as it did when I bought it. I thought it was time to get my wife a new car and she said, "no thank" this car had never set her down. I did the maintenance on all of my vehicles. She told me she would drive another Chevy Impala. So I got her the 2012 LT FLEX from a private owner. This car is wicked. With the after market sports parts. I can only imagine how many miles she'll put on this one. Guess who drives the 08". It will have a 1/4 of a million on it by the end of January 2025.LOL you have to get one, or just drive on to get. Love the product. My wife drove a stick when I met her. She says it fell like she's shifting gears without the work. That 6 speed transmission shifts so flawlessly. She won't drive anything other than a Chevy. She wants an El Camino. LOL 😆 .

I was 10 years old and always wanted a Chevy Impala. I had a 2003 model prior to this one. I bought this 2012 Chevy Impala LT from CarMax. I love the power it has. It's fast!!! The fuel economy is OK I guess. I love the automatic start feature. Before I leave for work I hit the LOCK button twice then hold the circle button on the key fob and it starts right up. It doesn't take long to warm up so all I have to do is turn the key and go. The car shifts like a dream, it shifts like a 6 speed manual but it's an automatic. The interior space it OK not crazy about it but the trunk is big. Mine also has Bluetooth connectivity I hooked my phone up to it so now I get hands free calling. If I have my phone with me and the Bluetooth is on it automatically connects for me. I hit it button on the steering wheel and say a phone number it dials the number I say. It has cruise control. Overall a smooth quiet ride and very reliable. I just love this car. The only problem it gave me so far was the tapping noise from the dash which turned out to be the HVAC door blend actuator which I fixed myself. Thanks Chevrolet for this great product. Hopefully you bring the Impala back.

I worked with Omar and he did a great job during the entire process from picking me up at the airport to going over the technical issues with the AMG SL that I purchased. The paperwork was done in a matter of minutes as he had everything organized. He spent as much time as necessary getting me out the door for my enjoyable ride home to Memphis. We bought a new 2018 Impala over the Cadillac Test drove both. Impala had more interior leg and head room. My opinion their was not much of a difference in the ride or handling between them to have us spend 50K on Cadillac. Overall the Impala is a great ride plenty of power with the V6. MPG average around 27 to 33 I Highly recommend this car
