I bought my 2020 Premier in December, 2019. I have owned Impalas since 2000 and buy a new one every 3 years. They are reliable and comfortable and I love big cars. This one does not disappoint. I also have a 2018 Premier with 40K miles and it has no issues. Had to replace all 4 tires at 20K miles which I thought was premature. Other than that the car/s have performed perfectly. Too bad Chevy cut the brand. Now everyone is buying SUVs but I don't like them and would never buy one. Ditto for electric cars - they are not yet ready for prime time.

They had exactly what I was looking for and the sales person was the most knowledgeable person we talked to after a day of car shopping. He knew the answer to all our questions and was very considerate and respectful. We arrived when another customer was already there. He came and let us know that he was going to finish with the other customers and then he would be right with us. When the other customers took a little while he came back to check on us and offered us water. He was considerate of the customer who he had been working with as well as us. That means a lot in business! He showed us all the cars we wanted to see and let us drive the one I picked. He was very clear and upfront about what had already been taken care of and what was as is. I bought mine used. And the prior owner took care of this car. I love this car. I can fold down the rear seats. Yea, my fishing rods go there. GM always the topdog in there line of work.

The buying process was surprisingly quick and easy. The dealership was actually very willing to negotiate the price with me and once we agreed upon a sales price, there was no hours-long waiting like I have experienced at other dealers. Our salesman, Javier, was very attentive, gave me his cellphone # and responded quickly to me with a couple of questions and requests that I had after the purchase. Overall, very pleasant exerperience and I will be returning to this dealership in the future.

The car meet all my needs always wanted a car with a sunroof and leather seats so it meets all my desires. I enjoyed the test drive and the ride home was really comfortable, nice traction on road nice sounds very enjoyable ride.

This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

Was a very easy process. Got a trade in value for our vehicle ahead of going to the dealership. Car was ready for us to see when we got there. They didn’t try to put us in anything other than the vehicle we were interested in. Whole process from when we got there to driving off with the new car was only a little over two hours.

I've owned Chevy Impala's for many years. Had one with a 3.9 motor that was running like new with 179,000 miles on it,till someone hit. Next one had a 3.5 motor and it ran amazing. But I been looking for a very very long time for this Impala and found one,so I grabbed it. The 3.5 I had before this one had 150,000 miles ran perfect. The one has the 3.6 motor. Hope it works out the same. Love it

We arrived at the dealership and were immediately greeting by Anthony Williams. We asked that he let us look first and he did. After we decided what we were more specifically interested in, Anthony stepped back in and was able to find the car and bring it to the front. We test drove it and ended up buying the same day. I was seeking a car, saw one on-line. He showed it to me. I told him I was looking for a car with a bigger engine to drive cross country. He suggested a Lexus with low mileage. It looked great. I came back with the wife for a test drive. Loved the pick-up, acceleration of the car, and very smooth ride. I took it to my mechanic,  who bought four cars from DFW Auto Mill - that's an excellent testimony. The mechanic approved of the car. Needless to say, I paid for the car then and there. I had the mechanic service the car to start out on a clean slate, new car battery, synthetic oil, new tires, fresh wiper blades. I've been to Arizona and back, no issues. Highly recommended. It's always pleasure to work with professionals 

Bought this car used just over one year ago. I've put brakes all around, and a few oil changes. Car needs virtually no maintenance, even at 255,000 miles and going. Great value for me. Mpg, interior, and handling are nothing to write home about, but everything on the car works as it should. Highly recommend for a functional, reliable car. Maintenance is everything

Before my grandpa passed away in September 2023, he had it in his will to give me his 2012 Impala. I got his car as a Christmas present that year. Since then, I've enjoyed driving the old Impala. A car with 300 hp AND 30 mpg on the highway? Yes! Thanks, Grandpa, for your love of American cars! Thanks, Chevrolet, for making such a great car! I love how roomy my car is, how great the audio system is, and how relevant the Driver Information Center (DIC) is! I highly recommend this car to anyone.

The (final?) 2020 Chevrolet Impala is overall, a thumbs-up! No vehicle is "perfect", but this solid, AMERICAN sedan is of high-quality...I refuse to go foreign! The standard headlights are sub-par, not good. And a CD player should have been included across the board... However, every other tangible about this CAR (not fake SUV!) is first-rate, sporty handling and fine comfort. BIG "marketing" mistake on the part of GM! Surrender to foreign interests, NOT good! But the car is a fantastic overall value! A "sleeper" that WILL be more appreciated in the future... Mine (2020 LT) in the brite Alpine white is a classy, slick, and very-cool ride!

Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

This car has everything I need and more! I love the Android auto and the Apple Carplay. Such luxury! The screen is so easy to use and great for a hands-free drive!

Well let's start with my Dad worked for GM 34 years. With 6 boys guess what company we went with. I bought my wife a used 08 Chevy Impala from a friend that owned a car lot. It had 90k miles on it. I got it for $1,500.00 a steal. She still have that car today and it has 248,365 miles on it now and believe it or not it runs the same as it did when I bought it. I thought it was time to get my wife a new car and she said, "no thank" this car had never set her down. I did the maintenance on all of my vehicles. She told me she would drive another Chevy Impala. So I got her the 2012 LT FLEX from a private owner. This car is wicked. With the after market sports parts. I can only imagine how many miles she'll put on this one. Guess who drives the 08". It will have a 1/4 of a million on it by the end of January 2025.LOL you have to get one, or just drive on to get. Love the product. My wife drove a stick when I met her. She says it fell like she's shifting gears without the work. That 6 speed transmission shifts so flawlessly. She won't drive anything other than a Chevy. She wants an El Camino. LOL 😆 .

Had for seven years very reliable, The only thing I need to recall the agitators cause I cannot afford to get them fixed. They’re causing massive problems problems in my every day living.

My service rep was Brandon was on lunch when I came in. He made sure to come find me and introduce himself on his return from lunch. He was very communicative and ensured I was satisfied with the service and treatment received

We bought a new 2018 Impala over the Cadillac Test drove both. Impala had more interior leg and head room. My opinion their was not much of a difference in the ride or handling between them to have us spend 50K on Cadillac. Overall the Impala is a great ride plenty of power with the V6. MPG average around 27 to 33 I Highly recommend this car
