I watch her run (literally) to make sure my request was getting done as I was throwing them at her. I texted call and push and not once did she not respond with out a smile and a vibrant attitude each time. I want to say thank you very much I appreciate all ur work to please me and that's what means the most in sells knowing Ull never see them and knowing the car was sold u still did ur thing. My bad part is yes it took a while inside for me but again I was asking for a lot and besides the car smoke smell that I'm treating today. I can't say there wasn't no negative side. Shout out to Emily and the guys up in the box that worked over 2 hours to make sure that I was leaving happy and got what I asked for. This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

We had a fantastic experience with Greenwood Chevrolet and Shawn Sweitzer from sales was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to go over all the Traverse inventory new and used. He went over all the features available. This really helped us make an informed decision on the purchase of our traverse. Once we purchased a vehicle he went over the features in the car and helped us set up the onstar.

The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

I am extremely pleased with my Chevy Malibu RS. It has cloth seats, interior black. Outside is gray. I am very comfortable with driving and it manages the road well. when we had rain (finally) the roads were slick but I could feel the steady control of the anti skid. It is a car you and trust and feel safe in, much more so than the smaller cars. You can comfortably seat 5 and you don't have to ride with your knees up to your chin.

Service department is very easy to work with. Appointments can be made online and reminder texts are sent the day before the appointment. They have a nice waiting area with snacks and drinks.

Dave and service department were on time and explained in detail what was being done. They were very careful with my car. A good bunch of car guys(and girl) back there. Even though it?s a 120mi round trip I?ll be bringing it here for all my service work.

My Traverse was due for routine maintenance. I was able to schedule my visit easily. My car was checked in and the service was completed very promptly.

Very helpful and user friendly staff was excellent and vehicle selection on computer was easy and plenty of cars to choose from before visiting the dealer in order to purchase my next SUV. Hopefully by December

I thought they still had Quicklane so I showed up without an appointment for oil change. They were extremely accommodating and I was done in 45 minutes

I purchased the vehicle sight unseen. I felt very comfortable with everyone I spoke or text too. I do not like the car purchase process however I would buy from them again even though they are in Ohio and I am in Connecticut.

The young man Moe that waited on me was very friendly and polite. After my oil change was finished and he was giving me the paperwork, I asked him a question about one of the features on my car. He then walked out to my car to help me with the question I had. He made a quick call to OnStar to get me the answer. I thanked him for his time.
