This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

Cars of Tampa deserves a 10 star rating. They are incredible. Cars Of Tampa is EVERYTHING that other car salespeople should learn from. I'm absolutely amazed with the kindness, professionalism and genuine interest to make sure you have everything you are looking for and more. I've always hated shopping for cars, always. But not now; I will always come back to Cars of Tamps anytime I need a car and I've already bragged about these true gentlemen to everyone I've been around. You wouldn't believe it....they don't play the "let me ask my sales manager" games. The price is clearly stated and there are no additional "hidden fees" for this and that. I adore Jankat (Jon) and Metin as we spent most of our time with them; they are truly amazing men who make you feel honored that you are at their business. We've never had any car dealership treat us with so much respect and be so welcoming. I feel like Jankat and Metin are like family now! We had wonderful conversations about where they grew up and we learned so many details about their families. It is and was the best experience I've ever had to purchase a vehicle. I love my KIA Sorento so much more than our Cadillac SRX. And the price was REALLY GOOD !! I didn't get to meet everyone, but there wasn't a single person that did not have a smiling face and were very respectful and wonderful gentlemen. If you're looking for a very nice used car; you have to stop here....you'll regret it if you don't!

I had a travel experience in January 2023, while vacationing in Florida, to save money I ordered a subcompact and was up graded to a Chevy Malibu. The LT has the smaller 1.5 L 4 Cylinder which was great on gas, performance was good, not great like my Chevy Avalanche. Missed my flight back to JFK NYC, My fault. Jet Blue got me to LaGuardia AP. Rental Company at JFK was About to Close. The same Company had a branch in LaGuardia they rented me a Malibu at no extra cost. It snowed and the front wheel drive just held the road. That's why I purchased a 2020 Malibu Premier it had everything but the Safety & entertainment. I loved everything else.

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

I am extremely pleased with my Chevy Malibu RS. It has cloth seats, interior black. Outside is gray. I am very comfortable with driving and it manages the road well. when we had rain (finally) the roads were slick but I could feel the steady control of the anti skid. It is a car you and trust and feel safe in, much more so than the smaller cars. You can comfortably seat 5 and you don't have to ride with your knees up to your chin.

Best car buying experience I ever had. The whole team was awesome, polite, courteous, efficient and to the point. Stayed focused on customers needs. Looking at Ford Edge's for my daughter to drive to Colorado and live. After dealing with large dealerships and getting run around we pulled into Cars of Tampa saw no Edge but nice 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee they just got in 2 days prior, met all the options needed SUV, 6Cyl, Low miles for age, well maintained, AWD & 4x4 low for occasional off road camping,. They came down on price, fixed problems I wanted, rotors turned and new brakes installed. While repairing they found another problem replaced both fuel pumps. They even took vehicle to Jeep dealership to fix electrical problem found wires damaged inside rear panel, had all recalls updated. Cars.com rated as good deal but I feel it was a Great Deal. Research your vehicle, make and informed decision and don't buy till you feel comfortable, car fax a must. Drove 120 miles 3x & test drove 3 times. They even put it up on lift so I could view underside and check for rust or damage. No pressure, Manager said we like the cars and carfax to sell them selves. But they made sure the car was in top condition so my daughter would feel safe in a reliable auto driving across country. Thank You Cars of Tampa.

The Hertz website gives you the full price of the car (fees and taxes included) which helped me compare the cost of cars at other dealerships. Jim at Hertz car sales was straightforward, honest, and fun to talk to. I never felt like I was being pressured to buy. A check engine light appeared on my car a day after purchasing it and their mechanic worked diligently to fix it. Overall, I highly recommend buying from them. Their listed prices may seem more expensive but their full prices are competitive as they charge lower fees than other dealerships.

I bought a used Honda from Hertz back in August, Julianna was my saleslady. She was professional, courteous, friendly, helpful,and patient. She was able to answer all my questions. The manager that was on duty there was also great with good qualities as well. They knew l was pressed for time so put in extra effort to get the paperwork done so l could get back to North Florida before dark! Even the man that detailed the car was a big help too ! This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. It's a good car. Bought it used. I bought it with 84000 miles, now has 111,000 miles. Main computer had to be replaced, and was done under warranty. I replaced the brakes myself at 104,000 miles, and they were the original OE GM brakes the car was born with. Seats lack support, but I bought a leather cushion that helps. The back seat is really tight, ok for small kids. My fuel economy in the city can get to 23 mpg if I don't use the AC. It gets worse city mileage in the winter too. Highway mileage, the car does well, 34-35 if I drive it right. I think for a reliable used car, it's ok. They are cheaper than the Japanese competition. Rides and handles well.
