They have great shuttle service, and they wash my car every time I take it in, and that is above and beyond service to me since I have so little time to get it done. I leave there feeling confident that my car is whole, and I feel safe knowing they check EVERYTHING so I don't have to worry. I love Ron Smith's and will never go anywhere else for service, or to buy another car if I decide to do so. I recommend them highly.

The sales associate was very polite, knew her information regarding the vehicle I wanted to purchase and worked with me to accommodate my schedule which had to be changed a couple of times.

Frank took great care of my wife and I. I called in the morning to inquire on an 18 Maxima. The car was located in Merced at their other lot. By the time I got off work, the car was in Fresno washed and ready. Negotiations were not stressful compared to my previous 11 purchases. When we are ready to trade in our other car, we'll be looking forward to working with Frank again.

Let's just say they have one of the best selection of trucks at the current moment in California, I don't know what their secret is but wow a good selection at a GREAT price. We came 6 hours out of our way to get a vehicle from here. They were easy to work with, and we had one hiccup and they were stand up guys and resolved it.
