I bought my '02 MC in April of 2002 with 11,500 miles; I still have it with 445,772 miles on the original motor. I replaced the Trans at around 350,000. It's an amazing car that still moves on the highway. Great decision.

I own all muscle cars and with a few bolt ons And a tuned pcm from ZZPerformance and she is as fun to drive and about as fast as my 85 corvette she definitely is leaving my mustang gt which I’m about to sell lol but yea if u own one of these definitely recommend ZZPerformance for affordable noticeable upgrades

He gave me when I mentioned that I was a veteran and that I had served. He was very good with me with the times that we’re going through as far as The world as stage. This vehicle is a rare gem. Chevrolet stopped making Monte Carlo's ten years ago. This vehicle is in great condition. For those who follow or followed NASCAR, the Monte Carlo is and will always be a legend in the sport.

The car I purchased is very clean, all original no rust at all with a few minor flaws, I replaced the exhaust from the cat back, replaced the headlight assemblies, the tail light assemblies, and put new custom wheels on it and stayed in my budget of 8147.00. I had been rear ended 45 mph hit in my 2012 honda civic with only 31000 miles original owner, it was totaled out for 8147.00. I drive maybe 100 miles a week or less. The car does sit under a carport and covered.

If I didnt need to up-grade from a 2 door coupe to a 4 door (being a grandma of 4) I would just keep the car. This Monte Carlo SS V-6 has extra power and is such a dependable and comfortable ride. The dark maroon exterior is in good shape (a little buffing needs to be done on spoiler of rear trunk from the sun) and the black leather interior is like brand new being gently used. Accident and Dent FREE with low millage of 115,400 this would make a great car for anyone.

This car has a sporty feel to it. There is plenty of pick up and go. Also the ride is great it doesn't feel like your low to the ground while inside.

I have a 95 Z34. It is a very special one. It is a Dale Earnhardt special edition. It has name plate under the hood and 4 valves per cylinder among other trim that only this edition has. Anybody know where I can get what this edition is worth? Thanks Jim

I ordered my 2001 Monte Carlo SS from the factory and it was delivered Aug. 2000. It currently has 84,352 miles on it, 11/12/2018 and still runs like a top. Minimum maintenance in the 18 years I've owned it. I love this machine!!

This car is an awesome combination of sporty performance, fuel efficiency, great styling, and comfortable driving. It's great for long or short trips. Plenty of trunk room for just about anything you can put in it.

Currently driving my 2003 Monte Carlo SS for a work car. Great suspension and power to go vroom vroom around people. Currently has 244k miles. Only issue with it is a sticky lifter that causes oil to be burned, but have zero leaks as far as exterior leaks go. 26mpg going 80-85mph. Beautiful car to look at too and very spacious and nice that the doors are wide almost open at a 90° angle which doesn't make me wish I was driving my Cruze instead. My 5yr old daughter loves the moon roof.

Wonderful but a pain to work on but when she runs she flies it's a Wonderful vehicle. .......................I do recommend to at least to collect and my pain of experience was more hand delt because I got mine at a car auction all beat up already but it got fixed real nicely and even with things broke in it it still ran. I of course fixed them and am currently doing so but only got 1 or 2 more things to go. Honestly though raising the vehicle up is the problem lmao.

I have a 2003 white Chevy Monte Carlo ss and I am having a blast with it. The engine is great and the handling is awesome and the exterior is amazing. The only thing is if you need to change your spark plugs your going to have a heck of a day but overall it’s a great Vehicle.

Reliability. The only issue I had with the 2002 Monte Carlo was with the ignition. It ended up on recall but I already had the ignition replaced. In doing so, the problem was only partially resolved. On the plus side, I never worried that anyone would steal it even with it unlocked with the key in it. If you didn't have the key in the exact needed position while in the ignition, it would not start. I even had mechanics declare I needed a new battery or new starter before I would get in, do my magic and start it on my 1st attempt. I turned many a man's head.

The car does not drive well when there is snow on the road. And the tech did not reset the car when I had the oil changed.

I literally traveled a toured the United States with a 1977 Monte Carlo. Then did it again in a 2001 Monte Carlo. It was a beast. Both of them. I owned 5 various ones. I never ever had one break down. A dream to drive. The seat got crushed in and a little difficult to sit for long periods but a trip to the scrap yard for 20 bucks then got you a fresher seat easy to bolt in or take out. I had a flat tire occasionally that was kind of hard to shove up under the body and onto the lugs but the miles together were well worth one little thing I overlooked. Steroes were and still are easy to change. 8 cylinder 350 Montes were very good on gas too. I wish I still had one.
